Daggers Posted 4 April 2009 Posted 4 April 2009 Ha! Hysterical. Shit - my sides have just split. You are too funny.

Joe. Posted 4 April 2009 Posted 4 April 2009 How did this turn into a Warner hate thread?! What exactly did he do wrong today that led to any danger? Nothing is the answer.
Zingari Posted 4 April 2009 Posted 4 April 2009 no shame in it these days , as long as they don't shove it down my throat , live and let live i say
skinnydipper Posted 4 April 2009 Author Posted 4 April 2009 Ha!Hysterical. Shit - my sides have just split. You are too funny. Yeah , I suppose it does lack the sparkling wit shown by you in the Jade Goody thread Anyway , you still sulking babycakes ?
Guest shearfox Posted 4 April 2009 Posted 4 April 2009 Martin is a great keeper and hopefully we sign him on a permanent deal, i don't see why anyone has a problem with him he knows how to organize his defence and the players have confidence in him. I believe our decline is partly due to his absence
Dan Posted 4 April 2009 Posted 4 April 2009 We will go up in 2nd behind Peterborough who will win it without competition.
Katy Posted 4 April 2009 Posted 4 April 2009 I'm glad you're joking, it would be the most ridiculous thing ever to get rid of Nige now. Watch bloody Milan sack him in the summer because he's bored or something. <_<
Ultra Posted 4 April 2009 Posted 4 April 2009 I don't think Pearson will be with us at Christmas. He'll be found out if we reach the Championship.
Dr The Singh Posted 4 April 2009 Posted 4 April 2009 I don't think Pearson will be with us at Christmas. He'll be found out if we reach the Championship. Luckily you've already been found out, and your still here!!
ASH17LCFC Posted 4 April 2009 Posted 4 April 2009 Pearson is shite, been found out. He will last about 6 games IF we go up. If wedon't go up and finish in the play offs. He should be sacked and hated and have his place in history with Taylor, Holloway, McLintock and McGhee. I bet anyone on here that he will be sacked before Xmas 2010.

ASH17LCFC Posted 4 April 2009 Posted 4 April 2009 Oh dear <_< i said last year we would go down and your type gave it the same old BS. 20 quid he'll be sacked before Xmas. New MON
Dan Posted 4 April 2009 Posted 4 April 2009 I'd be absolutely shocked if Pearson was sacked next season, unless hes doing worse than Charlton.
Alexikokopops Posted 4 April 2009 Posted 4 April 2009 How did this turn into a Warner hate thread?! What exactly did he do wrong today that led to any danger? Nothing is the answer. The man is a mentalist. He'd get away with it in my eyes if he had long hair and a foreign name (see Astrid Asterix) but he's bald and English
Dan Posted 4 April 2009 Posted 4 April 2009 The man is a mentalist. He'd get away with it in my eyes if he had long hair and a foreign name (see Astrid Asterix) but he's bald and English Footy manager says hes from Trinidad & Tobago.
jimmer Posted 4 April 2009 Posted 4 April 2009 What Pearson has achieved after last seasons dross is nothing short of incredible, we were in free fall. In my eyes he is already a Legend and I have every confidence we will get promotion, champions or not. Ridiculous thread Edit; look at the team we had then and the players we have now...........would it be the same if hollowhead was still at the helm? Pearson has brought some cracking players to this club. No team is invincible.

Ridiculous thread Micky Adams done a better a job and he isn't a legend. That word is used to much. If he messes up, he will go down in history as one of the worst managers in the clubs history. WE'RE IN FOOKING LEAGUE 1 !!!

And of course it should be a stroll in the park yeah? cos we're a MASSIVE club yeah? Mickey Adams already had a decent bunch of players to pick from, just had to instil some order and confidence. That wasn't the case this time round.
Finnegan Posted 4 April 2009 Posted 4 April 2009 And of course it should be a stroll in the park yeah? cos we're a MASSIVE club yeah? Mickey Adams already had a decent bunch of players to pick from, just had to instil some order and confidence. That wasn't the case this time round. As much as it pains me to say, Ash is right. Adams took us to the Premier League with a fairly patchwork side. Pearson inherited a squad that was supposed to have a number of "good-for-the-Championship" players, an incredibly stable defence and two strikers well and truly capable of performing at League One level. I'm thankful for what he's done but he's by no means a legend and has a massive, MASSIVE job still to do to win the league and an unfathomably greater one to turn us into a good Championship outfit. I'm thrilled with his job so far and I'm glad we have him, don't get me wrong - but the jury's still out as to how great he's going to be here.
