Bluefoxtim Posted 18 April 2009 Posted 18 April 2009 Where do people buy scarves from? Serious question can't say I've noticed them in the club shop.
lildave3 Posted 18 April 2009 Posted 18 April 2009 Where do people buy scarves from?Serious question can't say I've noticed them in the club shop. Club shop, or stalls outside ground.
iBleedLeicesterColours Posted 19 April 2009 Posted 19 April 2009 Club shop, or stalls outside ground. Theres stalls on the roads outside !!
Daggers Posted 19 April 2009 Posted 19 April 2009 we need lap dancers... cheer leaders... Older than the (probably not yet) barely-legals from yesterday.
Corky Posted 19 April 2009 Posted 19 April 2009 Older than the (probably not yet) barely-legals from yesterday. They did look very young I must admit
lou Posted 19 April 2009 Posted 19 April 2009 They did look very young I must admit Not that Im sure any of you were looking too closely! My teenage daughter spent the whole time pulling them to pieces... "shes fat, shes a dog, they cant dance etc etc" as teenage girls do
Blue Bob Posted 19 April 2009 Posted 19 April 2009 Buy your own if that's what you want, Scarves and flags do not an atmosphere make, we need:Spontaneous Noise and Singing Agree, I would rather the club saved the money and spent it on players for next season, we are going to need them!!
purpleronnie Posted 19 April 2009 Posted 19 April 2009 I'm not a fan of club generated atmosphere but sometimes it does look good I remember seeing the man city derby when scarves were handed out it looked great, they did a similar thing over here in seattle, but what gets me with these giveaway days is where do the flags and scarves go? I would expect to see similar displays every week but nope the clubs end up paying for a load of new flags for the next big game.

Guest Posted 19 April 2009 Posted 19 April 2009 My teenage daughter spent the whole time pulling them to pieces... "shes fat, shes a dog, they cant dance etc etc" as teenage girls do I'm afraid I do it as well. I am a hypocritical bitch though.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 19 April 2009 Posted 19 April 2009 Not that Im sure any of you were looking too closely! My teenage daughter spent the whole time pulling them to pieces... "shes fat, shes a dog, they cant dance etc etc" as teenage girls do Barry Hayles did that after the game too.
Fosse Boy Posted 19 April 2009 Posted 19 April 2009 Barry Hayles did that after the game too. I remember spectacularly failing to get an "Eeeeeeeeeeeeessix, Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeessix!" chant started while they were on. I filled up with patriotic love for my adopted county at half time for some reason.
Tommeh Posted 19 April 2009 Posted 19 April 2009 Want a flag? Make yourself a fu cking flag. Just make sure you have I.D when you buy the glue from dunelm.
Daggers Posted 19 April 2009 Posted 19 April 2009 Just make sure you have I.D when you buy the glue from dunelm. Not if it has an LE postcode.
lcfc_jme Posted 20 April 2009 Posted 20 April 2009 Just make sure you have I.D when you buy the glue from dunelm. Not if it has an LE postcode. lol As for the barely-legals on show at the game, couldn't make out what they looked like. Or how old they actually were. But they looked, for want of a better phrase, "well-formed". Definitely the sort of temptation needed for home games, like.
