I like Morrison he's a good player.

I think he's been great this season and I was really pleased for him when he scored those two goals at the Scunny game!

He's going to get a lot better in the Championship I think!

He's done really well and has held his own incredibly well considering he played Conference football last year. He hasn't sulked and complained when he was dropped for Brown - Instead he pulled his sleeves up and put a shift in at RB. I think the lad will go a long way. And he has definitely earned his place at the club in the Championship.

He did at the Carlisle game. Had a paddy and stormed off for a bit.

An excellent signing and the Cambridge fans said he could quite possibly do Championship football. Makes the odd mistake but rarely leads to a goal. Looks a good lad too.

Well. After the tenth time it gets quite boring tbh.

Definitely most improved of the season as i've mentioned.

And done a great job. I was concerned when we signed a conference player, but now we have a Championship defender on our hands.

If he carries on improving like this he will be up to Tunchev's standard, a Premiership defender in 2 seasons or 3.

Lets just hope Tunchev is the same player he was, he's a world class centre back and i think he's one of the best we've ever had.

Walsh was a guttsy fighter, with that edgy quality, Tunchev is a world class player.

Morrison, Hobbs are heading that way though.

From what I've seen of him he alwyas looks to dominate in the air. Any balls over the top of the back line were always comfortable for him and whoever he was playing alongside to deal with. Bearing in mind it would've been difficult for him to impress people who still bleat on about our defensive record in the Championship last season, who don't like him because he's not Kisnorbo, I think he's done very well. He's shown versatility as well and from what I've heard has shown clear development from when he first arrived. It's obvious he's loving every minute of his time here as well, and is so pleased to be even playing games. I don't think he's quite aware of his own ability, or at least that's how he comes across in his interviews.

With the right coaching, I think he's got a very bright future.

Couldn't agree more with all the praise for him. I've been massively impressed with the lad. I liked the look of him at the Hinckley game but wondered about him at this level and he's done all but put them to bed. I just hope he makes the move to right back more permanent to be honest, with Tunchev, Brown and Hobbs sniffing for the CB slots next year, he could find himself in a particularly tight battle if not.

Great topic about a great player!

Morrison is one of my fav player at the moment, he makes a dream of a lot of young footballers come true : he came from a very little club to a bigger club, and catch a place in the first team squed.

Have got frustrated a number of times over people repeatedly dismissing him for Hoofing.

I accept he can be direct but he is far to calculated with his distribution for it to be called 'hoofing'.

It did really though, a big favour for people like Morrison where managers can actually see him play whereas players like Gael Kakuta at Chelsea (mentioned in another thread) will possibly never make it, would of helped him if he had gone to someone like QPR at the start of his career.
