I'm glad I've stumbled upon Liz Corney (Field Music). Phenomenal debut album from 2024: Just something magical about that Northeast music scene.

Most of these bands have been around for 10+ years. Get lost in the scene, it's worth it.

 

And I can't believe I forgot Arcade Fire in that list.

Not exactly a huge fan of French pop, but not a bad track from the wife of Alex Kapranos.
