Finnegan Posted 29 May 2009 Posted 29 May 2009 Sometime tomorrow: I'm certain that this Bulgarian will sign for Leicester.
flanimal Posted 29 May 2009 Posted 29 May 2009 You got a point Finnegan, once I've had something to eat, I will probably change my mind! But no, Saidhodza will not be signing.
franzferdinand Posted 29 May 2009 Posted 29 May 2009 There are rumors that your team is going to negotiate for Mihail Venkov in Sunday . The sum is about 750 000 euro . http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mihail_Venkov - Left Back Also for Nikolay Mihailov - Keeper http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nikolay_Mihaylov I have to tell you I've saw alot of scouts lately , some from England some from Deutschland . In sunday is the match between Litex and cska . So they will have a chance of watching both Dormushali and Mihail .

Finnegan Posted 29 May 2009 Posted 29 May 2009 We've had the Mihaylov rumours before, last season. He's a troll but his missus is stunning, iirc.
franzferdinand Posted 29 May 2009 Posted 29 May 2009 He is a good boy , once saved people that have problems with their car in remote parts of the rhodopes (mountain) during the winter . Currently he has 13 goals this season . Most of them with head , he is really good at positioning during corners . Does some decent work in taking first ball . Good physics overall , not very fast . Despite his many goals most of them he scores in one match , often 2 or 3 goals if he has a day . Inconsistent if that was the word . I can't say how will he do in Championship , i just have no idea of the football there . Mihailove is not a real keeper , he is just terrible . But his father is the president of Bulgarian Football Union .... Missed one thing about Saidhodzha , he was in prison for 2months for beating a policeman .
Fox You Forest Posted 29 May 2009 Posted 29 May 2009 Saidhodzha - instant legend. I agree, Get him in now!
flanimal Posted 29 May 2009 Posted 29 May 2009 Way I see it is, Saidhodza is likely a lot better than Dickov, and maybe equal to Howard in many ways. If they can get him for less than £800,000, it could be a good deal. But still, all this speculation stems from that stuff on football rumours, how the rumour got this far (printed in the Mercury) is crazy.

Rich Fox Posted 29 May 2009 Posted 29 May 2009 Ive never been this exited since we signed Jari Rantanan
AmericanScott Posted 30 May 2009 Posted 30 May 2009 Missed one thing about Saidhodzha , he was in prison for 2months for beating a policeman . I smell an instant cult hero for us.

philayres200 Posted 31 May 2009 Posted 31 May 2009 To all you guys who keep referring to 'Football Rumours' board, Tunchev the great was on the same 'Football Rumours' rubbish board weeks before he eventually signed.
davieG Posted 31 May 2009 Posted 31 May 2009 To all you guys who keep referring to 'Football Rumours' board, Tunchev the great was on the same 'Football Rumours' rubbish board weeks before he eventually signed. There's obviously some rumours posted on there which are taken from legitimate sites but the problem is they will post absolutely anything whatever the source and with out checking it, you try it, email them some mildly unlikely rumour and it'll be on there within a day or two. As for the Tunchev rumour it was probably taken from this forum by someone. Whatever it's still banned!
franzferdinand Posted 31 May 2009 Posted 31 May 2009 anyone fancy a trip to bulgaria to beat up some coppers Here are some pictures from Lovech - CSKA match . The fans of CSKA went out of their cage and were annihilated by the police . Outside the stadion 20 people were arrested for damaging cars and buses . http://sportni.bg/index.phtml?tid=20&o...amp;galid=21833 Saidhodzha played but was below-par just like all players of CSKA . Venkov was stable . They were Englishman on the vip . Through i don't know from what club . They talked to Litex's president for 5 minutes before the match .
flanimal Posted 31 May 2009 Posted 31 May 2009 So, how likely do you think it is that Muscho would leave? I read somewhere he had signed a new deal for three years or something.

Is that Kishishev on one the pictures in the orange?
Babylon Posted 31 May 2009 Posted 31 May 2009 Way I see it is, Saidhodza is likely a lot better than Dickov, and maybe equal to Howard in many ways. On what basis?
franzferdinand Posted 31 May 2009 Posted 31 May 2009 The news you read probably was old , Botev Plovdiv tried to keep him with a new contract . I don't find such news for CSKA . I think he can leave , CSKA will need new players in orther to challenge for the tittle , cause they failed this year . I am not sure if Saidhodzha is good enough to be your "star" in Championship . But Venkov is experienced enough and will do the job if singed . When you singed Tunchev everyone where a little surprised he joined a team of 3rd level league , but he was too good for Bulgarian A Group that was clear . I can't say the same about Saidhodzha or Venkov . Yes David Guiza , Kishishev went back to Litex and he is called 3 times in row in the national squad . He carried out solid games against Ireland and Cyprus . I think you guys made mistake not giving him enough chances , he is one of the best in A Group . He is 34 and does more job than any other player in the squad . People wonder how he is able to run so much at this age , including myself too , i expected him to be dissapointing singing after i saw he doesn't play often in League One . But he prove me wrong .

I thought it was him but i was'nt sure. I knew he'd gone back to Bulgaria but was'nt sure where. Good to know that he is doing well though. I think he only played in a league cup match this season if that and did'nt really get a chance after that. Mainly because of Oakley and King but he did seem of the pace as well.

Tevez Posted 1 June 2009 Posted 1 June 2009 Way I see it is, Saidhodza is likely a lot better than Dickov, and maybe equal to Howard in many ways. flanimal Posted 1 June 2009 Posted 1 June 2009 On what basis? Purely because Saidhodza can run, so he's going to make an impact in a match over Dickov, finishing wise, he might not be upto much, but Dickov's goals last season weren't exactly wonder strikes. As for Howard, I think he's a better player, but Saidhodza brings youth to the team, and he's young enough to still improve. He may not be better in every department, but he's an adequate swap. Although, the way Franz described him as being slow is a little alarming, so maybe he only just has the legs on Dickov!

I would be angry if we spent £800,000 as you suggest , on someone with this as a credential.
