MarkDeVries Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 Do Sky Sports milk absolutely everything. "Benitez rules out selling Mascherano at any price" Last year that would have been nothing but now, it's breaking news worthy. They blow everythiing out of proportion.

And Ponting makes a little joke about Leicester, and they ask people to write and email in with their views, get Leicester spokespeople to call in and argue against etc. 'Tis all boring atm.
Big Ol' Bob Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 Leigh Halfpenny is out of the Lions squad. OMG!!!! Quick we need a yellow sign going across the bottom of the screen, phone ins and other players views. The people need to know about this. AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!
Tommeh Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 In answer to the original question. YES. as long as it involves Liverpool, United, Chelsea and Arsenal
Sir Fynwy Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 If there's nothing going on you can always turn Sky Sports off.
Lovejoy Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 I say fair play to them for exaggerating minor stories. What would you say if they sat there saying "well there's not an awful lot happening today, weather's a bit miserable isn't it"?
Fosse Boy Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 In answer to the original question.YES. as long as it involves Liverpool, United, Chelsea and Arsenal This. If there's nothing going on you can always turn Sky Sports off. And this.
Mark Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 Yes but thankfully not to the extreme length that twat on transfer deadline day does.
Fox You Forest Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 Yes but thankfully not to the extreme length that twat on transfer deadline day does. That chap who sits there with his mobile phone in his hand all day reading all the inside information texts he gets?
Mark Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 That chap who sits there with his mobile phone in his hand all day reading all the inside information texts he gets?
lookwhaticando Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 That chap who sits there with his mobile phone in his hand all day reading all the inside information texts he gets? That sounds like scintilating television. I'm gutted we don't get Sky here.
Koke Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 In USA they're even more fucked up. I know we have our fair share of glory hunting Ronaldo fan boys, but they seriously take it to another level in America. My American based uncle told me when LeBron James celebrated his 24th birthday about 6 months ago, they dedicated that whole day to him as "LeBron Day" and was practically licking his arse so much that they knew what he had for breakfast. Imagine if Sky was running a whole day of non-stop praise for Ronaldo because it was his birthday - I'd probably kill someone.

There are some on here who'd be quite happy if they did it for David Beckham, though..
