A couple of mates who paid out right received thiers within weeks. Your exclusive Direct Debit payment only offer is that you pay for it, but never recieve it.

Even if it's a new season ticket, you should have received something that entitles you to a discount etc. at the club. Give the TO a buzz.

How about a letter to say thanks etc then a little paragraph on WHEN and how much will be taken out?!?!?! Pathetic TBH. I've had two installments come out and as yet nothing.

By the way Next seasons ST's will be renewable by Sept 1st. You get a 5 % discount. But then the price increases by 2.5% every day until you renew. If you renew by the end of the season you will be paying approx 5,435 pounds.

JoeyB Posted 17 June 2009 Posted 17 June 2009 If you have paid the full amount upfront you should have got the St straight away, those who are paying by DD will not get them untill about 2-3 weeks before the start of the season. that is what i remember from working outside the MTO last season, but am not 100% sure!

I got the same pack and letter when my Season Ticket got sent to me which was ages ago. P.S - Hume has left

The club always post things seperately. We've got 3 STH's in our house and every letter, ticket etc is sent in different envelopes.
