So do they come here to have a baby and then go home? I can't understand why they would do that cos women have been having babies in Somalia for thousands of years without many problems.

And do they pay for return flights here and back or do they travel illegally and then hope they can get home illegally aswell (carrying their new-born baby)?! If they travel illegally it would take them a long time with a great risk of not even making it here (or back) so that seems a bit pointless just to have a baby which they could do at home with no worry.

You do know as many as 30% of all consultants within the NHS are from Non EU, and you do know that EU consultants are given preference for jobs and training????
