Thats who i've wanted over the past week or so, if hes only going for £1.2mil its definately worth a hi-jack. No chance at all

I didnt see anything in that article to suggest weve missed the boat it just said they might look to loan him out as Fergie wants him to get games. It also said 1 or 2 Prem clubs had enquired but Id have thought Fergie would want him to go to a CCC club as hes more likely to get more games under his belt rather than bench warm for a Prem team. Also the player clearly enjoyed his time here and they would presumably feel happier having him somewhere they know hes gonna be well looked after and happy at. I wouldnt say we were out of the running by a long shot in fact Id have thought we were favourites.

I guess it depends on how many they're looking to play up front, but Chelsea did loan out one of there strikers to Blackburn so I reckon he'll feature more than most think. Remember the Champions League has rules on having so many 'home grown' players and the like.
