The Ashley Cole goal was great, but it does normally help when the goalkeeper just sits up and does nothing to try and save it.

I reckon he's prem quality but yes, terrible yesterday. Terry's pass for the Cole goal - Hansen was all over it but i'm not sure Terry was actually trying to ping it in that exact spot.

Guest ttfn Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 Am I the only one who didn't get why Ashley Cole's goal was so amazing? I thought it was a tidy finish but it was mainly shit defending. Somebody compared it to Bergkamp at Filbo. As I recall Bergkamp was under pressure, whereas Cole had all the time in the world to bring it down.
