Fosse Boy Posted 12 October 2009 Posted 12 October 2009 I have a suggestion for the Michael Jackson Week.As it's impossible to pick a favourite from a lot of his songs, well for me anyway, i think it should be vote for your LEAST FAVOURITE song from the list and the song with the MOST VOTES goes out. This would also stop people just voting for their own song as their favourite, they would actually have to look at all the other songs and make a choice of their least favourite. Michael Jackson has done so many great songs, it's so hard to pick a favourite. I think this is actually a much better way than voting for favourite and picking your own song. Me personally can't pick a favourite from this list of his songs i love. Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' Baby Be Mine Thriller Beat It Billie Jean Pretty Young Thing The Girl Is Mine Black Or White Out Of My Life Scream Rock With You Don't Stop Till You Get Enough Man In The Mirror Another Part Of Me Dirty Diana Just Good Friends Leave Me Alone Speed Demon The Way You Make Me Feel Bad Smooth Criminal Earth Song So the preferences i've sent to Libertine are songs i think will go through, not my list of favourites in order, and even that was hard to do. I can't choose between any of those songs as a favourite, but would find it easier to pick a least favourite out of them, even though their all great. I thought you were 100% certain that everyone would vote for Thriller?

Well people who may not listen to his music regularly like i do, may not have even heard of a lot of songs in that list. So a lot of them will definitely be going for Thriller as their number 1 choice. With Bille Jean, Beat it, Smooth Criminal not far behind. I would have liked to submit a list like: Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' Leave Me Alone Dirty Diana Rock With You Earth Song But some people may not have even heard those songs so they may not get votes and i want to go through

I can't really see how it's any different than having to decide on which one you like the least... That and I think people will be open to listening to other MJ songs anyway... and if they didn't know it and were voting for their least favourite, they would end up just voting for the ones they didn't know anyway... so either way has its ups and downs I think.

Everyone is allowed their own opinions and tastes in music, just cause you don't agree with them doesn't mean they are any less right for listening to it...
