StanSP Posted 24 October 2009 Posted 24 October 2009 Reminds me of Histon beating Leeds last year. Quality. Good luck to Hinckley and Nuneaton though
Hitesh Posted 24 October 2009 Posted 24 October 2009 Want Bath to do well in this (providing we won today!) - me and my mates are each following a Conference South team this season! Would be nice to go on a nice cup run!
Fosse Boy Posted 24 October 2009 Posted 24 October 2009 Oh dear, what a shame Yes it is. Looking forward to the draw tomorrow. The Cup is truly the greatest domestic competition on Earth.
Matt Posted 24 October 2009 Author Posted 24 October 2009 Yes it is.Looking forward to the draw tomorrow. The Cup is truly the greatest domestic competition on Earth. It used to be, Like everything in football now I feel it has been ruined by money, TV rights, e.t.c and lost some of the glamour and enjoyment. I know for fact people don't enjoy the F.A Cup as much as they did a few years ago.

purpleronnie Posted 24 October 2009 Posted 24 October 2009 Yes it is.Looking forward to the draw tomorrow. The Cup is truly the greatest domestic competition on Earth. Mikey Posted 24 October 2009 Posted 24 October 2009 The only thing that ruins the FA Cup for me, is having the semi-finals at Wembley.
Fosse Boy Posted 24 October 2009 Posted 24 October 2009 The only thing that ruins the FA Cup for me, is having the semi-finals at Wembley. Yes.
LCFC-ARAB Posted 24 October 2009 Posted 24 October 2009 The only thing that ruins the FA Cup for me, is having the semi-finals at Wembley. 100% agree! getting to Wembley should be saved for the finalists Villa Park and Old Trafford for the semis

Guest Bilo Posted 24 October 2009 Posted 24 October 2009 If I hear the words 'Number 68 at home to Number 30' I'm buying a train ticket to Kingston-on-Thames immediately.

Guest Bilo Posted 24 October 2009 Posted 24 October 2009 Count me inwould prefer it in the AFC end away at MK ****** I'm pretty sure the AFC fans would boycott the fixture if it was played at MK, the turnout would be awful at best. Would much rather visit Kingsmeadow than that plastic bowl again anyway. If AFC played Franchise at home, we should get a rollcall going.

Fuck a rollcall, let's see if we can get a Football Special put on for us down there!

DJhinckley Posted 25 October 2009 Posted 25 October 2009 don't know if it's been mentioned elsewhere, but at least 1 child from Leicester will be going to teh FA Cup final http://www.hinckleyunited.com/news/Webby-wins-192.html
ousefox Posted 25 October 2009 Posted 25 October 2009 I still enjoy the FA cup. Going to York - Bedworth yesterday was great.
Brainy Posted 25 October 2009 Posted 25 October 2009 Got a replay against Kettering. Could have been so much better if we didnt concede a 95th minute equaliser.
