How long he been suspended for?

Pending an ivestigation, as the report says...

Allegedly he headbutted him, according to a QPR fan I know. But so did Tony Pullis - seems to be a bit of a craze at the moment!!

Yeah on another forum apparently Buszaky was locked out the dressing room for 30 mins and was walking around the pitch until a coach brought him back in.

I think managers like Tony Pulis and Jim Majilton should be sacked for head butting their staff just like anyone else would. It is irrelevant that footballers are well payed, you should not be forced to tolerate physical abuse if you want to be a professional footballer. If English football mangers still believe that intimidation is the most effective form of motivation then they all need to learn a thing or two about psychology and stop trying to be Brian Clough.

(Of course Pulis will lose keep has job and Majilton lose his because one is doing an otherwise good job and the other one isn't)

I've been told by a QPR fan that he also had a bust up with Agyemang aswell, just after the Buszacky incident. Supposably they were staring each other out and Agyemang said something like " do you really want to do this cos I know who would win". Magilton sounds like an idiot, I can't see him managing QPR again. He would have completely lost the dressing room after both incidents.

I tend to agree with Stan the man on talk sport last night.

Beattie's days at Stoke are numbered as managers have long memories!

Maybe a cheeky bid in January for him may bear fruit, he should be able do a job for us at this level surely :unsure:

Theres a new degree course started up in Psychology where you branch out into Sports and Exercise such as working with elite Athletes and Clubs... My daughters very iinterested in doing it. Would imagine it to be an interesting career. :thumbup:

Def! He is gonna be like a Kevin Phillips, he knows how to score goals and would be great for any club in this league. He has a lot of experience in both this league and the PL so there is no reason why we he wouldnt. I don't think Stoke would be too eager to sell him though unless they get something near to what they paid for him - £3.5 million!! :blink:

Still think Ipswich made a big mistake in letting him go. Was doing a much better than Keane is now.

Had a little blip at the end of the season and was sacked very much out of the blue.

magilton will be sacked, buzacky IS pressing charges

this is what happend monday night

there was words after the game & Buzz was singled out for particular hairdryer treatment which he "brushed off" JM didn't like this reaction & stormed towards Buzz,they went head to head and has been confirmed NO headbutt was thrown but what JM did do was force his head into Buzz's who proceded to bang it quite heavily on the wall,he dashed out of the dressing room,Pat Agyemang shouted "Gaffer what the fcuk you doing you can't do shi_t like that" to which JM replied "Do you fcuking want some as well Paddy?" A lot of screaming and shouting ensued.

Next day John Gorman went into see all the players & said "right hands up who's still behind the manager" and NOT ONE single player raised his hand,he said "lads I have no problem with any of you,but i'm with Jim so who's still with me?" NOT ONE raised there hands again so that was that.Gianni Paladini was present when this occured.

Jim Magilton's tenure as QPR manager ended on Wednesday after his players backed their team-mate Akos Buzsaky following last week’s explosive row.

The terms of his departure were being thrashed out by lawyers yesterday, and Magilton and the club will part company on Thursday ‘by mutual consent’.

Former Portsmouth manager Paul Hart is expected to be in charge in time for Saturday’s home game against Sheffield United.

Magilton’s chances of holding on to his job disappeared when a number of players privately confirmed to those leading the club’s internal investigation that the manager had attacked Buzsaky.

Magilton was suspended after the events — reveled exclusively by Sportsmail — that followed the 3-1 defeat at Watford. Buzsaky has threatened to press charges amid claims his boss butted him in the dressing room.

Well he did fail about four seasons in a row to get them into the play-offs after Evans threw a hooning wad of cash to him to fritter down the drain.

so a spat between a player and the manager leads to the manager getting booted- regardless of the rights and wrongs (which should have been dealt with behind doors) this shows QPR board and management as a spineless shower of shite . For all their rich backers they have no class and look incapable of sustaining a promotion push- good
