lou Posted 19 December 2009 Posted 19 December 2009 Dont wanna scare anyone but Beckford got subbed today at Leeds and threw a huge strop, stormed off down tunnel, refusing to shake Graysons hand and got booed by the Leeds fans who all started singing Graysons name. My m8 reckons they all want him sold in Jan. I really dont want us to buy him but cant really see it anyway

I wouldn't. A lot of Leeds fans i know would swap Gradel with him for no money without a seconds thought. Apparently far too lazy and is only bothered about himself.

If he came here he'd be lucky to get 1 chance a game and would probably end up doing a DJ. Saying that I'd love us to take the risk >_>

He's not going to swap a striker who hit 34 last season and 15 already this season for a winger who he doesn't even rate enough to play a full 90 minutes and a few queen's heads. Leeds wouldn't be top without him. Larry's not going to ship him out just because he had a wobbly.

foxoffderby Posted 19 December 2009 Posted 19 December 2009 Ive heard from a number of Derby fans Criss Commons is available in January. Top player in my my book but is rather injury prone. Would love a swap deal deal involving DJ and Dickov. Derby fans are very happy with DJ and especially Dickov they think he's the dogs danglies for the effort he puts in and want him at least until the end of the season.

But he's a greedy bastard. I've known Giles Barnes since he was 15 he used to live on the same street as me in Derby when he was in the DCFC accademy. He's got a bad rep with Derby fans due to be being "arrogant". Hes actually a very nice person. His dad is the arrogant one....(hes also his agent) he has been relesed due to persistent longterm knee problems and being one of the most highly paid players at the club. While he was on loan at Fulham last season he did a DJ Campbell and said he didnt want to play for Derby again and therefore fell out with the fans. He's originally from London, although I would love him to come to LCFC cant see it happening, if he can ever sort out his knee and get back to some sort of fitness he will probably end up somewhere down south...
mickydeeeuk Posted 19 December 2009 Posted 19 December 2009 its all propaganda (sp?) ....it wasnt that long ago we were (almost, allegedly) going to pay Edgar Davids a fortune to play for us!! ..... what will be, will be! we've got no choice but to trust uncle Milan and Nige. no doubt a few will go, hopefully fringe players like campbell and maybe, just maybe Pearson might sign someone more worthy of the shirt! my fingers are crossed!
