I'm guessing Besides there needs to be some balance to it otherwise it could get farcical and intense with frustrations.

So much for not taking things seriously. I would have thought with some of the lads playing competitively, they would welcome the chance to play for a laugh, and not worry about such things. If it's going to be complicated, then I'll leave you to deal with the draw!

It's for those playing to decide as Lisa said maybe just a simple draw of names team a then team b is all it needs. Someone needs to decide if it's a simple draw Lisa can do the honours if you want something a bit more complex I'll do it.
