iBleedLeicesterColours Posted 18 May 2010 Posted 18 May 2010 Yeah, scary ennit! I'm trembling at the thought..
Guest Bilo Posted 18 May 2010 Posted 18 May 2010 Millwall has potential to be an awesome away day, just as any other London away day. The fact you discover that much of their support share the same brain cell upon arriving at the stadium merely adds to the humour of the day. Swindon had it's upsides last season though. Genuinely old school ground, nice cricket club next door for pre-match drinks and common sense stewarding when you get in the ground itself. Fans don't seem quite so mongy either. Either way, a good final awaits and hopefully a good away day next season.
MC Prussian Posted 29 May 2010 Author Posted 29 May 2010 Half an hour to go until kick-off. Looking forward to the League One playoff final. COME ON SWINDON!!! (Wouldn't mind Millwall either, though)
MC Prussian Posted 29 May 2010 Author Posted 29 May 2010 anyone got a decent link? http://www.iraqgoals.net/8895-millwall-fc-vs-swindon-town-fc-.html

Fosse Boy Posted 29 May 2010 Posted 29 May 2010 Weren't a great game really. Another London away for next season then.
Tilley Posted 29 May 2010 Posted 29 May 2010 Was that the Millwall chairman having a cigar in the changing room?!
Prospero Posted 29 May 2010 Posted 29 May 2010 Was that the Millwall chairman having a cigar in the changing room?! Obviously, he thought a Wembley team changing room does not count as a confined space for smoking purposes and is exempt from the law, especially if there is something to celebrate. It took a while for the camera to pan away from the cigar. However, in a later shot you could see orange fluorescent jacketed stewards dragging him away, out of the picture, by the feet whilst he went on smoking happily.
Guest Bilo Posted 29 May 2010 Posted 29 May 2010 Gone from potentially one London away day next season to three. Pleased.
Fox92 Posted 30 May 2010 Posted 30 May 2010 Would rather have played Millwall v Swindon because its another London trip. We had a Well Done Blackpool thread and I think its well done to Millwall. To loose in the final last year and come back just as strong the following season when many teams may have faded away is a top. Well played to Millwall they are very strong and I really do like Kenny Jackett, success for him at last. Can't wait to see them again next season
