leicesterisme Posted 17 June 2010 Posted 17 June 2010 The 4 games in August are going to be really tough Palace Away Boro Home Burnley Away And then Reading at home.
foxoffderby Posted 17 June 2010 Posted 17 June 2010 Would of liked a home fixture first but Palace away should be a good test for us, and with all the trouble they've had im hoping for a win. Derby at home and then Forest at home in quick succession, are the games which Im lookking forward to most. Cant wait roll on August.
1964FOX Posted 17 June 2010 Posted 17 June 2010 Boxing day Vs Leeds And Milwall away on 28th December. Bang goes the idea that everyone will be friendly at Xmas
1964FOX Posted 17 June 2010 Posted 17 June 2010 Forest away on St Georges Day. Need revenge for last season over the tree scum
Ford Super Sunday Posted 17 June 2010 Posted 17 June 2010 So many long midweek aways games, if my Tuesday is clogged with classes I'm gonna cry. Though now we wait for the Sky Sports and BBC Massacre to begin. EDIT: If we do get moved live, expect more Friday night fixtures now that Sky have Monday night Football with with the Premier League
Asha Posted 17 June 2010 Posted 17 June 2010 So many long midweek aways games, if my Tuesday is clogged with classes I'm gonna cry. Though now we wait for the Sky Sports and BBC Massacre to begin. EDIT: If we do get moved live, expect more Friday night fixtures now that Sky have Monday night Football with with the Premier League There's only four away midweek games, isn't there? Not including back holidays. And two of them are in half term.
Joe. Posted 17 June 2010 Posted 17 June 2010 Can't get much of a better first away day than that, wish Palace away was when I'm at uni though. Sheff Utd away is gash, wish it was on a weekend...
Wilkesy Posted 17 June 2010 Posted 17 June 2010 Very happy with the fixtures (until sky and bbc move some of them). London away trip first up is good and im away for the last 2 weeks in August so im glad im only missing Burnley and Reading. Happy about a Leeds home game on Boxing day and Millwall away a few days later for a tear up in London. Overall it is a tough start but every game is winnable in this league.
Fosse Boy Posted 17 June 2010 Posted 17 June 2010 Burnley away during the cricket season means we get to make use of the designated away fans pub - a cricket ground next to Turf Moor.
1964FOX Posted 17 June 2010 Posted 17 June 2010 Burnley away during the cricket season means we get to make use of the designated away fans pub - a cricket ground next to Turf Moor. That's excellent and a weekend in Blackpool in the summer, just need to convince a few of my mates to go with us.
Corky Posted 17 June 2010 Posted 17 June 2010 Mmmm, not too bad really. The midweeks at home don't include the really big ones, Derby and Forest in consecutive home matches is good and ending the season at home as well. Yeah, I'll take that right now.
Dan Posted 17 June 2010 Posted 17 June 2010 They are brilliant to be fair, only four midweek away games and two of them in half-term, meaning Norwich and Sheff Utd are the ones that aren't. So many good games at good times, Palace away first game will be unreal, anyone know how much they'll allocate?
Guest Mee-9 Posted 17 June 2010 Posted 17 June 2010 Good fixture list again. Decent away day in London first! Leeds on Boxing days going to be special.
Bert Posted 17 June 2010 Posted 17 June 2010 How is it a tough fixture list? We have to play every team twice regardless. Fairly please with that to be honest. I said yesterday it'd be palace away first.
Asha Posted 17 June 2010 Posted 17 June 2010 How the hell can you get something like that wrong, when it clearly says Doncaster away at the end of that month?
davieG Posted 17 June 2010 Author Posted 17 June 2010 Cardiff away on a Tuesday night in Feb is the worst.
1964FOX Posted 17 June 2010 Posted 17 June 2010 Cardiff away on a Tuesday night in Feb is the worst. I agree, you would think after having to travel on a weekday night twice last season they would give us a break.
