The ref did wave play on for the johnson challenge but it looked like advantage had finished before jaaskelainen slapped him so surely it's play as normal, infringement by bolton, penalty?

God knows mate, i think some refs just make up the rules as they go along. Bolton 0-2 Birmingham now.

Pienaar with evertons best chance, 1-2 with baines to lose the fullback and winger tracking back, came inside and bent it from about 16 yards out on the side edge of the penalty box, cracked against the bar and a couple of inches from the top corner. More like that second half please.
