Change of celebration music?

I say they give us a goal horn like they do In hockey. Although I don't thick it would have quiet the same effect outside of an arena, it still really gives the fans something to cheer too.

A mate at work was saying at St James Park (Geordies not Exeter) when they brought "celabration music" in, every time they scored the team were booed...... the board decided against any tunes after this

.... i however like it, more of the same please :trumpet:

We could soon have 'Our Grounds too big for us'

Should of been Club Foot instead of Fire.

I'll agree with this, I think out of all the Kasabian tunes they've picked one of the worst for the job.

Although obviously there should be nothing at all.

Not a fan of music in grounds. I think it can be a little embarssing if for example City are 3-0 down with 5 mins to go and they score. How can they be "on fire"?. Having said that my 5 year old son loves it.

I personally like the idea of music when we score but don't like the kasbian song I dont mind the one we use before the game but not that one. If it was up to me I'd have something cheesy and easy to sing along to to name a few granted most of these would probably suck but just a few ideas

Livin on a prayer - Bon Jovi

Hey baby - unknown (can't for the life of me think of who sung it)

Vindaloo - Fat Les (I know its an england one but sod it)

I've got the power - snap (appropriate if kingy scores because of the owners)

I do like the idea of individual music though that might be a fun idea

A solitary bell tolling

We haven't got time for the entire intro to Pink Floyd's High Hopes to be played between the glut of goals we'll be seeing this season!

The idea of having individual music is kinda good... the players should choose their own tunes!

Although whoever mentioned James Brown - good shout!

And I'd despise having glad all over as our song ... it makes me cringe at blackpool when everyone claps their hands in time with the tune, it's like going to a 90's childrens disco

Good god you must be joking, surely !

Get rid of all the bleeding music or stick with Kasabian and be proud the best band in Britain is from Leicestershire !!

All music is like going to a musical event be it a 90s disco or a heavy metal concert why pick one over the other. If you like music go to a concert.

The referee could be adding about half an hour on to the end of each half.

The players could have well earned breather during the restart and we could all nip off for a pint.

I'm all for it

Whenever we score an equaliser we should play Tubthumping by Chumbawamba - thats cheesy!

Not that I am fond of ever going behind in a home game but it happens

I'd rather have no music, I remember when Chelsea dagger would come on and pockets of fans tried to start singing only to be drowned out by de de fooking doo.

Someone needs to break into the stadium and take out the speakers sometime. Or disconnect everything but the announcer mic.

I loved Chelsea Dagger because when I go to a football game I like to see ladies flapping their bingo wings embarrasingly when we score like drunk aunties at a wedding.

Terrible suggestions.
