If anyone gets the team selection right, I'll donate to the forum....

There's another surprise 'incoming', 'outgoing' or both, transfer...

Unless i'm reading too much into certain posts.

I forgot about Gallagher too, it'd be a straight toss up between him and Lloyd for me. I'd probably be inclined to go for Gallagher to be honest, I really do like him when he's playing well.

probably a pretty safe bet, as most of us have included Abe, and sousa has been quoted as saying he's not going to play him right off...

You couldn't drop Dyer after his start to the season tho and his performance against Reading.. He could have single handly won us that game

moussa was crap on sat

15 mins was it? if that...come on pal sort it out

I'd play:

Logan

Neilson - Hobbs - Morrison - Berner

Abe - King

Lloyd - Gallagher - Waghorn

Fryatt

With King being the important link between Abe and Gally and a tight and compact back four. For now.

Weale

Lamey - Morrison - Hobbs - Berner

Abe/Moreno

Dyer - King - Gallagher

Howard - Waghorn

I still go with my first choice i did but we could start with that aswell, i wouldn't be that disappointed with that line up

Don't know, to be honest the only person who has merited a nailed-on starting position so far is Lloyd Dyer. I've never been a huge fan but this guy has started the season fantastically well, as long as he starts I'm not too fussed about who the other 10 are.

Wouldn't start Howard personally, his involvement induces far too much long ball whether you like it or not.

True but there's that hardness about him that i like in a player (that sounded abit gay i know) and with Fryatt at the moment down in the dumps i'd have Howard over him

I know not technically team news but thought it could go in this section anyway...feel free to delete if i'm wrong. :)

From SSN website.

Aidy Boothroyd is hoping Marlon King will be available to play in Coventry City's next game against Leicester City.

King is looking for a new club following his release from prison and the striker is set to be reunited with Boothroyd at the Ricoh Arena.

The pair worked together at Watford and Sky Blues boss Boothroyd is aiming to finalise a deal for the 30-year-old by the end of the week.

"We didn't have to sign him before the window closed, but we hope to complete that by the end of the week," Boothroyd told the Coventry Evening Telegraph.

Coventry's next match is at home to local rivals Leicester on Saturday 11th September and King is likely to be in contention for an immediate debut.

When asked when King would be ready to play, Boothroyd replied: "For the next game!

"He's kept himself in good shape and he would be available for the Leicester match."
