Leicester_Mad Posted 21 September 2010 Posted 21 September 2010 It all sounds very much like the Notts County takeover to me, people not wanting to release there names etc. as if they have something to hide. If they have i dont want them near our club!!
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 23 September 2010 Posted 23 September 2010 Why can't we have an investor called Bert Smith?
nickelbyfox Posted 23 September 2010 Posted 23 September 2010 Heavily involved in politics (leader of Bhumjaithai Party), believed to be a target for assassination and ties with King Power's owners (Vicahi Raksriaksorn), which seems obivous as they have a monopoly in the duty free market in Thailand! Doesn't necessarily fill you with confidence regarding the new owners, surprised no reporters have done any more digging/stories.
easilee Posted 11 November 2010 Posted 11 November 2010 Are we still bothered? Anyway this filled 10 mins of boredom. Thai football webboard Topp is deffo calling the shots.Topp interview
Wymsey Posted 11 November 2010 Posted 11 November 2010 I heard that the Thai people working within our football club now are ex-employees of Man City (source: My Dad's conversation with Lee Hoos - Fact, and a guy called Harq Hir who works at the Walker's . I hope its not what i think this third investor will be.
Guest BlueBrett Posted 11 November 2010 Posted 11 November 2010 I couldn't care less about his private life or political persuasion. As long as he has plenty of cash he is willing to invest and intends to stick around I'll be happy.
Lineker's Left Foot Posted 11 November 2010 Posted 11 November 2010 I thought the 3rd investor was Indonesian and supposed to be the one with the real money i.e. Billionaire. However, I personally think it's Shinawatra - because his/her identity has yet to be released.
Brainy Posted 11 November 2010 Posted 11 November 2010 the 3rd investor is from sri lanka, part of their government, involved in a lot of succesful sri lankan businesses and is also behind the sri lankan cricket team's success over the past decade or so. keen sportsman and has been looking to invest in a european football club for a few years now.
MPH Posted 12 November 2010 Posted 12 November 2010 I thought the new investors were going to be Indonesian. Is that what Milan told you?

And you know that how...?
Brainy Posted 12 November 2010 Posted 12 November 2010 And you know that how...? I studied at a major university in Sri Lanka and got to know a few people who are heavily involved in his businesses. I still keep in touch with them, they've followed English football for a while now.
