Maybe he couldn't be bothered with the international trip and will make a 'full recovery' in time for the weekend?

Something similar was said on the phone in on Monday, that he'd been for a scan and it was all clear and Sven would ask him to withdraw as a precaution.

What's Chuck Norris going for? To hold Sol's jacket?

Reckon Bruma will go straight in, he's being playing regulary as captain of Chelsea reserves. Sounds like hobbs is on his way. No like Sven is scared of putting people straigh in look at Mee.

On the player highlights I noticed he had a cast/bandage on his right foot right at the end but he still puts his full weight on it so I assumed it wouldn't be too bad :dunno: .

Probably best not to play if he does feel something though. its a shame because I was looking forward to him scoring against Derby :P.

It's all just a ruse to make Derby think they'll get something out of the game.

Even so, they'll still have to hope that Weale, Naughton, PVA, Mee, Wellens, King, Abe, Dyer, Yak, Gally, Vassell all get injured before they even have a remote chance of getting something out of the game.

Whilst Bamba is a major threat from set pieces, I was crappin myself everytime he had the ball in a defensive position against Barnsley.

One day he is going to cock up- big time.

Imagine if he done it on Saturday.. It was bad enough with Weale last season
