Samilktray Posted 1 April 2011 Posted 1 April 2011 Must be boring being a Sampdoria fan, having the exact same kit every year
Jimothy Posted 1 April 2011 Posted 1 April 2011 Must be boring being a Sampdoria fan, having the exact same kit every year Just like being a Real Madrid fan then.
Finchy Posted 1 April 2011 Posted 1 April 2011 Must be boring being a Sampdoria fan, having the exact same kit every year Wouldn't care if it looked like that.
Samilktray Posted 1 April 2011 Posted 1 April 2011 Just like being a Real Madrid fan then. Real Madrid change the accent colour on the kits every year, Sampdoria have the same template and colours every year. Bit of a difference.
iBleedLeicesterColours Posted 1 April 2011 Posted 1 April 2011 This time last year we were all jizzing over the England kit. Umbro make nice kits. Think Sunderlands looks lovely.
Jimothy Posted 1 April 2011 Posted 1 April 2011 Real Madrid change the accent colour on the kits every year, Sampdoria have the same template and colours every year. Bit of a difference. What a load of absolute arse-gravy. The accent colour It's white every year, with the same template and by the same manufacturers. At least Sampdoria have a the stripe across the middle to make it interesting.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 1 April 2011 Posted 1 April 2011 It's white every year Ah yeah, it would be, what with it being REAL FUCKING MADRID.
Guest Mee-9 Posted 1 April 2011 Posted 1 April 2011 Thats the France away shirt. I like it. They should wear a Beret and Garlic round their necks when there playing though.
Jimothy Posted 1 April 2011 Posted 1 April 2011 Ah yeah, it would be, what with it being REAL FUCKING MADRID. I was commenting on milktray's comment that the accent colour changes or some bollocks like that. I know it's going to be white every years, some as ours will be blue, still could jazz it up a little though, rather than making the exact same fucking shirt.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 1 April 2011 Posted 1 April 2011 It's not the exact same shirt though, they've tinkered with design a fair bit.... To be honest, I doubt they'd care anyway, whatever Adidas churn out will still sell by the shed load because it's the biggest club in the world.
ajthefox Posted 1 April 2011 Posted 1 April 2011 I for one really like Real Madrid kits, simple and classy. I've got the one that came after the cententary and some of their older ones with teka as sponsor are just...
StanSP Posted 1 April 2011 Author Posted 1 April 2011 I had a black Real Madrid kit (before my affinity with Barca!). Siemens Mobile was the sponsor. I've always loved away kits MUCH more than home kits. Don't know why.
ajthefox Posted 1 April 2011 Posted 1 April 2011 they have had some very nice away kits over the years, one or two purple ones spring to mind, but for me you can't beat their home kit. I had a little bit of a soft spot for them before beckham and owen I hasten to add, and even though it faded I still think of their home kit as pretty iconic.

Yeh I don't mind the white kits, but not just for Real Madrid re: away kits - I like more away kits for any teams.

Madrid's kit is classic, they change something about it every year, the stripes always seem to be a different colour and theres always a few different details. Whats wrong with that? Why change something thats perfectly good!

I'm not knocking the Madrid kit as such, just that it doesn't really change that much in my opinion, and that someone came out with some bullshit about the accent colour changing. Fair enough as MTWG pointed out, it's changed a bit over the years, but to try and claim it changed drastically year after year and that Sampdoria's hasn't is just total crap.

I dont mind if you do, fucking hate Madrid!, just think that home kits should stay the same as often as possible, with little changes, whereas teams can be more adventurous when it comes to away kits.
StanSP Posted 6 April 2011 Author Posted 6 April 2011 Bordeaux's is nice, but think they should have just gone with the V with lining effect (?) or the stripes, not both.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 7 April 2011 Posted 7 April 2011 Bordeaux's looks terrible, shame as they usually have some neat and tidy kits.
ajthefox Posted 7 April 2011 Posted 7 April 2011 I'm half expecting a "whoooooosh" after this but I'll bet that Newcastle kit is fake, or won't actually be worn next season at least.
Samilktray Posted 7 April 2011 Posted 7 April 2011 Newcastle kit looks quite decent, be interested to see how the full kit will look
