lestajigs Posted 10 April 2011 Posted 10 April 2011 we need to win every game, even if we do I'm not confident it will be enough. If we win every game we would be in the top 6, I think we can even draw one, and still make 6th

We could just beat them. How are people not getting this? We play teams above us. So do Leeds. Other than that Leeds still have a tough run in. Reading also play Leeds meaning points will be dropped there.
Salieri Posted 10 April 2011 Posted 10 April 2011 No good if everyone else wins all their last games though . We should work a way of sabotaging Leeds and Reading. But that's the point, they won't. You've only gotta look at some of the results recently (us included of course) to realise there will be many twists and turns to come yet. I don't think we need to win all of our last games, most of them yes, but it's not as big a long shot as some are making out. Having said that, fail to beat Palace on Tuesday and we're fucked.

the_foxes_till_i_die Posted 10 April 2011 Posted 10 April 2011 If we can do what we did to burnley and not beat palace on tuesday i will be more than pissed off
accessory Posted 11 April 2011 Posted 11 April 2011 Excellent win against Burnley - credit where it's due. But we'll still need a better away performance than anything Sven has managed to date (apart maybe from Leeds) to win at Reading.
Guest ttfn Posted 11 April 2011 Posted 11 April 2011 we need to win every game, even if we do I'm not confident it will be enough. If we win every game, we'll make it comfortably. That said, I can't see it happening in a million years. At no stage this season have we shown the consistency demanded to beat teams like Reading and Forest away back-to-back.
Matty_89 Posted 11 April 2011 Posted 11 April 2011 If we can do what we did to burnley and not beat palace on tuesday i will be more than pissed off Yeah I'll second that! Hopefully we can do palace though
carterfox90 Posted 11 April 2011 Posted 11 April 2011 every game is like a cup final & if we dont beat palace with reading on saturday think it will be too much!! it will be so us to lose to palcae then beat reading!! great win on sat my first time in L1 great atmosphere! !!!!
acooling08 Posted 11 April 2011 Author Posted 11 April 2011 If we get the 3 pts against Palace and other teams drop points then we can see where we are.. we could be a win away heading into Reading.
iBleedLeicesterColours Posted 11 April 2011 Posted 11 April 2011 Stick to my negative guns, can't see us making the playoffs. However if we win tuesday and get something at Reading, everyone will get a bit excited. Still, at this stage we still have a chance so lets hope we can make it!
