Tommeh Posted 8 April 2011 Posted 8 April 2011 Another example of a smaller club trying to pay off their shite new ground by charging high prices whilst their playing the big clubs with fans who will pay it. Was £23 last year so gone up a fiver. Still going, last football day for 3 months. Make the most of it, last away is always a right laugh.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 8 April 2011 Posted 8 April 2011 Was going to go, but with those prices and nothing to play for i won't bother.
ajthefox Posted 8 April 2011 Posted 8 April 2011 They're charging students £9 quid more than forest, what a joke. Granted forest is cheap but this is expensive. I'll be going since travel will be cheap from sheffield so overall price will be alright for the day and since it's the last away day, bar wembley...
Filbert_Ross Posted 8 April 2011 Posted 8 April 2011 may need to apply to Wonga to be able to go this.

Don't you think we'll be doing exactly the same if we ever return to the Premier? Especially as our ground isn't paid for yet. As I recall, we charged Donny the same price when they came to us..

As I recall, we charged Donny the same price when they came to us.. not really, the going rate is pretty much £35-£40 minimum anywhere in the prem, we wouldn't go over that I shouldn't have thought. Whereas Doncaster here have overcut most of the championship. It's not just the £28 adults, think they are the most expensive concessions I've seen this season also, certainly higher than ours. My main gripe is why it's up so much from last season, still spose I'll live. Will affect others though.
Fosse Boy Posted 8 April 2011 Posted 8 April 2011 Getting beered up and playing cricket (in that order) down in Essiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiix for this. Gutted really seeing as two trips to Pop Tarts in one season would've been nice.

Fosse Boy Posted 8 April 2011 Posted 8 April 2011 ShitLAD. I'm getting BEERED UP in ESSEX. What part of that doesn't scream LAD to you? Not that I consider myself a lad, I'm probably more of a chap. An altogether better class of young man.
samjohnson Posted 8 April 2011 Posted 8 April 2011 I quite literally spat the coke out of my mouth at those prices... Absolute rip off!
Karljohn Posted 10 April 2011 Posted 10 April 2011 I am still getting over the flu induced by last years trip to the keepmoat! £28 is a pisstake to watch us take on relegation fodder in their new subbuteo ground.

An altogether better class of young man. Supposedly a die hard Leicester fan sacking off last awayday to go to the cricket in chavvy Essex? Screams shitLAD to me.
iBleedLeicesterColours Posted 10 April 2011 Posted 10 April 2011 Shyte pricing, but i'll be going, got a great fancy dress idea too.
Leicesterpool Posted 10 April 2011 Posted 10 April 2011 No wonder they can't fill there ground with them sort of prices. Might be going haven't decided yet to choose Alfreton or Doncaster?

Guest Bilo Posted 10 April 2011 Posted 10 April 2011 Fook this up the swannee. Save me money for the play-offs.
Foxes1 Posted 11 April 2011 Posted 11 April 2011 Looks like it will be 15 pounds then for a local promotion ticket in the home end, thats an advantage with relatives living in West Yorkshire.
the_foxes_till_i_die Posted 12 April 2011 Posted 12 April 2011 Anyone going fancy dress for this? if so what???
