Larry_LCFC Posted 19 April 2011 Posted 19 April 2011 Very interesting feature on Leicester on Late Kick off last night. Bruno Berner also had a very respectable interview in the studio afterwards. Top bloke. Link - http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00qcpcv 1.00 onwards
Brown Fox Posted 19 April 2011 Posted 19 April 2011 I like Kings new hair. I wasn't the only one thinking that then..
Basingstoke Fox Posted 19 April 2011 Posted 19 April 2011 We've all been saying the right things (Sven, King and Wellens). But we couldn't do it when it mattered, and losing to Reading ****ing hurt. Although like yourself say I always have loved Bruno .
Alex Black Posted 20 April 2011 Posted 20 April 2011 anybody think Mr Berner could be a future coach/manager for the club?
oxford blue Posted 20 April 2011 Posted 20 April 2011 Thanks for putting the link on the forum; Bruno makes some interesting comments. I still need to be convinced that loan players who are in the 'twilight' of their careers offer value after the first few games. Bednar certainly didn't, Yakuba has not been worth his reported £40k wages after the first few weeks, too soon to offer a judgement on Kamara. Our best loan players have been young players from premiership clubs who have a point to prove eg- Hobbs, Cleverley, Waghorn, Naughton, Cunningham and Vitor. I rate Mee too, tho' Sven doesn't appear to be keen. (I admit my argument is not strengthened by Bruma's performances, but he'd probably been ok in a stable back 4 and a goalie who can dominate his area). The young playesr come cheaper too! Next season it would be nice to see a more stable team/match squad. I'm guessing but I doubt any other club has had as many different players this season which can't help consistency.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 21 April 2011 Posted 21 April 2011 Bamba got fucking done for their first.
