Neil_LCFC Posted 17 May 2011 Posted 17 May 2011 Now they know what it feels like losing out to a Welsh side in the playoffs... As opposed to A yorkshire/Somerset/North West side like in the past. There play off record is shocking if Leeds hadn't got docked points the other year to gift them 2nd spot they wold probably still be in league 1 now as I'm sure they would have bottled the playoffs as per usual.
philce Posted 17 May 2011 Posted 17 May 2011 Very proud to be a red tonight. Put in a real shift second half and were very unlucky not to draw level and possibly take the lead. Plus we had two stonewall penalties turned down over the two legs. Still good luck to Swansea, they are a good side and I wish then well in the final/beyond. And no I dont think Davies will go, I like the bloke and hope he stays and takes us up. All the best Should have won it on Thursday. Must be gutting to never get to the final after 4 attempts though. I think Davies will go though, listening to him over the last few weeks it seems like he was making excuses already. See you next season!

The place was quite busy with forest fans, and they went nuts when they scored. I was in quite a boistrous mood after a fair bit of beer during the day. When swansea got the 3rd its fair to say I went nuts. All by myself! Hope I wound a few of them up. Leicester shirts coming out today

Good on him I say he wanted to show his appreciation to his fans/ maybe a goodbye wave aswell.
