Matt Posted 14 May 2011 Posted 14 May 2011 Tis about the size of it. Anyway, back to the game. Swansea are appealing against the red card....to the FAW of course. Pathetic. People might not want Forest to go up, atleast they play under the English rules/F.A. Having said that the FAW havn't decided yet so you never know they might say the ban stands, still wrong that they go crying to the FAW though. But no doubt that comment will be seen as 'hating the Welsh' or xenophobic

But no doubt that comment will be seen as 'hating the Welsh' or xenoaphobic It will be an absolute travesty if they overturn it when you think of some of the red appeals we've had rejected (Cohen v Leeds springs to mind) and the fact that make no qualms about it, he kicks MCgugan straight in the bollocks. It's a red! However before you say, I was a little embarrassed my Mcgugans play acting. I don't want to see that shit from any player in a Forest shirt

But no doubt that comment will be seen as 'hating the Welsh' or xenophobic I've never once said that I think Cardiff and Swansea should be "immune" to English laws. Anything that happens on the pitch the FAW should have no right to overturn. It's the people saying Cardiff and Swansea shouldn't be in the league or just generally being completely offensive about the Welsh and thinking that it's somehow okay that piss me off.

But no doubt that comment will be seen as 'hating the Welsh' or xenophobic You should hate the Welsh, especially with all that singing, and definitely for inflicting Gavin Henson on the rest of the world. I think the Welsh First Minister should apologise publicly to the rest of the UK for this (a la South Park).
Finnegan Posted 14 May 2011 Posted 14 May 2011 He might be a nob off the field but he's worth his weight in hair gel on it. (Strangely not a youtube video of that one, fortunately for your man there!) I'd post more but there's a disturbing amount of homo-erotic cheesey montages of Gav on the 'tube and they're making me uncomfortable!
RedHux Posted 16 May 2011 Posted 16 May 2011 How many forest sold for the return leg? All of them of course
lcfcadam Posted 16 May 2011 Posted 16 May 2011 FAW uphold red card Meh, they made the right decision so I guess it doesn't bother me too much that they went moaning to the FAW. If the card had been overturned though...
AjcW Posted 16 May 2011 Posted 16 May 2011 Well for a 0-0 the first leg was a good game. Im expecting a very exciting end to end game tonight full of goals. It usually happens in the second leg with both teams going for it, and I think with it being 0-0 with neither team tempted to defend a league it will make the spectacles of tonights and tomorrows games better. 3-2 Swansea AET.
RedHux Posted 16 May 2011 Posted 16 May 2011 Billy seems to have picked a reserve frontline......not entirely sure what to make of it.
Fox92 Posted 16 May 2011 Posted 16 May 2011 Billy seems to have picked a reserve frontline......not entirely sure what to make of it. I thought you would win, and I might stick some money on yet because Forest are a decent bet at 3/1. Four changes is abit drastic though isn't it?
Matt Posted 16 May 2011 Posted 16 May 2011 Pleased with the decision Matt? Yes, correct decision. Still wrong they go crying to the FAW, which is the point I keep making.

It's a bit of a shock. Tyson up front, where he has barely played all season and McGoldrick has barely started two consecutive games all season and Tudgay has been utter bobbins lately. Hey ho, we'll soon find out if Billy's a genius or a twat.

RedHux Posted 16 May 2011 Posted 16 May 2011 Well quite. Amusingly the pub I'm in has lcfc legend bernie (I think that's his name. Little bloke, looks like shit but decked head to toe in lcfc gear) in it. He's no shrinking violet!

RedHux Posted 16 May 2011 Posted 16 May 2011 That's him! His painted his face red and shouting ' I'm up for the kill! Come on forest!' It's most odd.
ScouseFox Posted 16 May 2011 Posted 16 May 2011 Sounds like the Bernie we know and love. As for this game, I have literally no idea who's going to win, but i'd say Swansea will just edge it. Especially if Moussi gives the ball away a bit more.
ScouseFox Posted 16 May 2011 Posted 16 May 2011 Yikes, brilliant counter, off the bar. Guess that's why Tyson & McGoldrick are starting hey Hux!
MikeyT Posted 16 May 2011 Posted 16 May 2011 Woah, what a counter. Forest should arguably be a goal up now.
