ryanlcfc Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 According to this we are playing a summer tournament in Austria. That will mean 2 pre season tournaments, so seems a bit strange to me. http://psv.netwerk.to/nieuws/artikel/25152__rss.php? translated it says: According to the local online WAZ plays PSV in preparation for a tournament in Austria Carinthia Cup. PSV, VFL Wolfsburg, Valencia and Leicester City, according to the newspaper have pledged their participation next week, the contracts are signed. The different clubs themselves report nothing about the tournament.

MC Prussian Posted 5 June 2011 Posted 5 June 2011 We'd get hammered. Would be good if it happened though. By Valencia and PSV maybe, Wolfsburg have only scraped through to survival in the Bundesliga. Besides it's only test matches and what are test matches supposed to be good for again...? EDIT: No news on any of the club sites yet. Wolfsburg state they'll be in Austria (Bad Kleinkirchheim) from the 13th to the 22nd of July. http://www.vfl-wolfsburg.de/57155+M51ddd7ad289.html
