Whose Excited then?

Far to lazy to see if someone else has done this already, but whose excited about the new season?

I know it's a while off still, but I was thinking about it and I've not got my hopes up as much as last year. I think this has to do with the poor season and the dodgy signings during the last preseason.

How does everyone else feel about it then, is it just me being a party pooper or do the rest of you feel less excited than last year?

I'm not confident, at all. But you've got to look forward to it. I'll be happy with a top 10 finish as long as we're seeing progress and a bit of entertainment for once, especially in the home games. We're yet to see any signings this Summer to really get excited about. As Levein promised - he wants young and hungry players that the fans can identifty with, none are coming in, hopefully Mads Timm will be the start of better things to come

I'm looking forward to the new season as I always do but I think we are all a little too optimistic, it will be a very tough season and I will be very happy with a playoff place.

I have but not about football. I dunno maybe a couple of inspiring signings and a game against Inter will get me really excited.

The game against Inter would excite me more than the Pepsi Max Challenge!

If we get another quality stirker, yep we will reach play offs at least then. Champions??? Maybe but Southampton and Palace squads are too good for the Championship
