Dan Posted 6 July 2011 Posted 6 July 2011 Have we not had a single one moved yet or am I missing something? Seen there's a few moved right at the start, and a few moved for everyone else too, but it appears we're not yet on Sky. Worrying really, I feel they'll move a lot of ours this year, and we've already had five moved before these twats come along.
Larry_LCFC Posted 6 July 2011 Posted 6 July 2011 Surprised they havent got Forest away tbh. They usually do and its not that far off once the season starts. Weird indeed.
Wymsey Posted 6 July 2011 Posted 6 July 2011 How about ESPN? I couldn't find the schedule for the league matches shown by them. (Or do they only show top flight games including the Spanish, Italian ones etc?)
Dan Posted 6 July 2011 Author Posted 6 July 2011 Just looked on the Sky website, it appears they've only fvcked around with the first day for us so far, not even moved any for the Premier. So it looks like Cov away is the only one safe from it, and looking at our first month I genuinely wouldn't be surprised to see any of the weekend games moved. Saying that, I wouldn't be surprised to see a single weekend fixture all season moved for Sky, some of the shite they've put on in the last year like. How about ESPN? I couldn't find the schedule for the league matches shown by them. (Or do they only show top flight games including the Spanish, Italian ones etc?) Don't think they have any sort of contract with the FL mate, or any English pro leagues for that matter, just the FA Cup/BSP it seems.
FrankieADZ Posted 6 July 2011 Posted 6 July 2011 ive only heard about Birmingham away on the BBC so far,
FrankieADZ Posted 6 July 2011 Posted 6 July 2011 How about ESPN? I couldn't find the schedule for the league matches shown by them. (Or do they only show top flight games including the Spanish, Italian ones etc?) ESPN only do some prem games and FA Cup ones from the UK...oh and Scottish prem
Ford Super Sunday Posted 6 July 2011 Posted 6 July 2011 No Leicester games moved for Sky as yet, just the one BBC game we know about for Birmingham. In contrast, Leeds will be on Sky five times before the end of October (including one Carling Cup game) with a BBC match scheduled in November. Darlings.
Dan Posted 6 July 2011 Author Posted 6 July 2011 So they've moved 5 Leeds? That is ridiculous. Meh, dreading it in a way.
Madrid_Fox Posted 6 July 2011 Posted 6 July 2011 Why do Sky Sports love Leeds and hate Leicester? I smells a conspiracy!

SERIOUSLY - WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON IN YOUR SIG PLEASE!?!?! (Ive put this in caps with the hope that you'll see it )
FoxyPV Posted 6 July 2011 Posted 6 July 2011 They'll move them at the last minute just to **** us all over that bit more.
Fox92 Posted 6 July 2011 Posted 6 July 2011 Have we not had a single one moved yet or am I missing something? I think only BBC have moved Birmingham City away to a Sunday. Hopefully, they will leave all of our fixtures as they are. Can't be bothered for attracting away games, such as Portsmouth, being moved to a Friday night again like last season.
Kilworthfox Posted 6 July 2011 Posted 6 July 2011 Why do Sky Sports love Leeds and hate Leicester? I smells a conspiracy! They have more fans so that = more viewers to their coverage, justifying spending our money.
Kent Posted 6 July 2011 Posted 6 July 2011 I really want the Forest away game to be on TV, I'm in Southampton that weekend with not much to do in the days.
samjohnson Posted 6 July 2011 Posted 6 July 2011 Why do Sky Sports love Leeds and hate Leicester? I smells a conspiracy! Sky hates Leicester but the BBC loves us. Its a balance
LCFC_FAN_1995 Posted 6 July 2011 Posted 6 July 2011 Surprised they havent got Forest away tbh. They usually do and its not that far off once the season starts. Weird indeed. Forest will be changed to a friday night i reckon
LCFC_FAN_1995 Posted 6 July 2011 Posted 6 July 2011 So is Cov Away on the first day on TV? nope By the way..how do you look at the schedule for matches booked?
blueredswed Posted 6 July 2011 Posted 6 July 2011 Why do Sky Sports love Leeds and hate Leicester? I smells a conspiracy! I would love to see the Blues on Tv here in Sweden but it is not necessary because I am following in live updates BBC or another text media.... It is not the same as seing on tele but the next best Start the season now we have all those players we wants not feed the YAK but perhaps can still dreaming :scarf:
Madrid_Fox Posted 6 July 2011 Posted 6 July 2011 The idea that because Leeds have more supporters they should appear on TV more often is fundamentally flawed. What Sky are doing with Leeds is what 106 Century FM did with Forest. Your not capturing more viewers / listeners. Your alienating more. I remeber when ITV had the rights to screen Premiership highlights. Everyweek they had extended higlights of four games, they always included Man Utd, Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal. I stopped watching after a while.
Dan Posted 6 July 2011 Author Posted 6 July 2011 Cov away isn't, and won't be on TV. I know we've had Birmingham away moved for BBC but I was specifically on about Sky, as them and BBC have no real bearing on each other when it comes to moving our games. But like I say the thing that concerns me the most is we've had five kick-off changes already and not one of them is for Sky, at this rate we'll have a third of our games moved.
broughtonblue Posted 6 July 2011 Posted 6 July 2011 I've been told recently that a certain local club shows all leicester's matches, home and away live in their clubhouse. Anybody know of this?

I dont think thats even possible to be fair. Most of the games dont even have any streams online so I dont see how they would manage it
