There was a fantastic atmosphere from both sets of supporters and overall a great advertisement for football. A game of two halfs and anyone would agree that you dominated first half and we threw everything at you second half and overall a very exciting game of football. Your keeper was amazing second half and put in a performance his dad would of been proud of. Good luck for the rest of the season.

Nice one-two's to create chances, and will tear the lower table oppositions apart. Adam Lallana looks great- he for sale? Schmeichel earned us them two extra points with a few fantastic saves- well worth his pricetag imo. Good luck for the season, as long as you don't finish above us!

Im afraid lallana isnt for sale and we are hoping that he will do a matt le tissier and stay at southampton for his whole career , Schmeichel was amazing! and our keeper although letting in three goals kept us in the game first half. Can you also do us a favour and let us but Maynard instead of you ? haha.

I was really impressed by you, and if it wasn't for Kasper and some crucial blocks by our defenders, then we could have even lost the game. Wish more visitors to these boards were like you, rather than the idiots we've had (I'm thinking of Bristol City fans mainly). I couldn't make it to the match yesterday, but it sounds by all accounts that Southampton are the best side we've faced so far this season, so I'm sure you're in for a good campaign. It's easy to see how you're doing so well, the width you get is incredible, really rated that left back you had yesterday. Overall, very even game and glad Kasper saved us the three points. Good luck for the rest of the season (although not at our expense).

I fancy Southampton to do well this season, there's always at least one newly promoted team that's there or thereabouts all season and this year will be no exception. I have the feeling we'll be looking back on this win as a good and important result come the end.

Every team sings "*opposition's town/city* is a shithole, I wana go home" - like a large proportion of Leicester fans did away at Bury. Starting fights outside the ground: inexcusable, but thankfully a very, very small minority. Way to tar everyone with the same brush. Cheering when Nugent got injured? In bad taste, perhaps, but understandable given that he kind of did spend four years playing for a team they hate with a passion.

Really enjoyed the game and hope you do well. Would love us both to go up as I think we'd both stay up. Think you can understand our cheers when Nugent went off injured. He played for our bitter rivals for a few years and posted on twitter before the game 'I hate Southampton'. I'm sure your fans would do the same with roles reversed.
