Jam Posted 29 August 2011 Posted 29 August 2011 Six arrested over Leicester kebab shop explosion Two men and four women have been arrested after a kebab shop in Leicester was destroyed in a blast. Emergency services were called to reports of an explosion at a shop in Narborough Road about 0220 BST. Crews found the building had been demolished. The cause of the explosion was being investigated, police said. "However, at this stage the incident is believed to be suspicious and a criminal investigation is under way," a police spokesman added. There were no reports of injuries and it is not believed that anyone was in the building at the time of the incident. Several adjoining properties have been evacuated as a safety precaution. Parts of Narborough Road have been closed while investigations are carried out. Yeah it is, that's the ladbrokes on the right. Anybody think that explosion looks a bit 'clean' to be accidental?
