Maybe seen him play about 300 times home and away. Very underrated keeper imo but was never gonna outshine his predecessors was he

The man is a City legend and what separates him from the current crop is that he gave blood, sweat and tears in every appearance. I remember queuing for hours and hours as a kid to get players autographs on a City open day and when I finally got to the front the only guy left was.... yeah, you guessed it, Walshie. City legend. I remember seeing him many times in a City shirt pumping his fists in delight - pure passion. Thats what it is all about.

I don't think he's ever actually been to a game? Would be difficult for him to answer?

Didn't watch Walsh as much as I would've liked as I moved away from Leicester in 1991 but saw most of his games prior to that. Certainly doesn't seem like it was 11 years ago since his last game in a city shirt. Anyone remember who it was against? The result was 0-0!
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 29 October 2011 Posted 29 October 2011 Izzet for me. Closely followed by Matt Elliott, Taggart, and other players who were here a few seasons around 2000-03. Howard has been here 4years in January so he must be high on the list, as would players like Fryatt.
