ramboacdc Posted 9 November 2011 Posted 9 November 2011 "On 6 October 2011 the BBFC granted the film an 18 certificate after 32 cuts totaling 2 minutes and 37 seconds were made. " NSFW trailer its going to be released on DVD on the 22nd of november in this country with this edit put it. in america it is being screened with and without this cut in it. ive heard what was cut was rather.......gruesome. i downloaded this tonight and i dont mind blood and gore films or really messed up films ( my dvds range from saw 1-7 to itchi the killer/deathnote) so i like to think ive got a high threshold for warped films. but during this i turned it off twice. looked away for 60% of it and the rest i thought "well that was F'd up!" also it is now the first film to ever make me throw up. im not kidding. its all in black and white but honestly..........fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu....... anyone else going to watch this? i am not sleeping tonight.
Guest MattP Posted 9 November 2011 Posted 9 November 2011 I said it when I heard of the first one and I'll say it again, I have no idea what sort of mental state you must be in to actually watch stuff like this. The cuts included: a man masturbating with sandpaper around his penis; graphic sight of a man's teeth being removed with a hammer; graphic sight of lips being stapled to naked buttocks; graphic sight of forced defecation into and around other victims' mouths; a man with barbed wire wrapped around his penis violently raping a woman; a newborn baby being killed; and graphic sight of injury as staples are torn away from individuals' mouth and buttocks What the fcuk is wrong with this man?
J.Lisemore Posted 9 November 2011 Posted 9 November 2011 What a sick film...and as Matt says, a sick man. I know its 'only a film' but fvcking hell. I'm a fan of horror movies but I wouldn't even think about watching this.
Finnegan Posted 9 November 2011 Posted 9 November 2011 Film with no purpose but to shock. I'll say it before, I'll say it again, there's no originality or creativity here it's just someone going "alright, what's a load of images that'll make people squirm?" We could do it here. We could literally, between us all, write the Human Centipede 3. It starts off with the opening shot of Professor Bumlicker McFuzzywuzzy, a mad scientist who was touched by his mummy and daddy as a little boy, shoving pine cones dipped in boiling tar, glass and human faeces up the urethra of a seventeen year old male he groomed on the internet. I figured it should start, you know, mild and pick up pace. Ugh. Literally, as long as there has been cinema there's been films like this and they're still unimpressive. Like I said before, you should go and take a bucketload of drugs and watch Un Chien Andalou, at least that will actually confuse the shit out of you and maybe make you think.
Bellend Sebastian Posted 9 November 2011 Posted 9 November 2011 I never thought Harold Bishop could be capable of such a thing. It's on at the Phoenix tonight if anyone's interested. Depressingly, I expect there will be a good turnout. People I know that never, ever, go to the cinema just happen to be going to see this
hairy Posted 9 November 2011 Posted 9 November 2011 I heard the centipede thing is the new planking thingymajing
Bellend Sebastian Posted 9 November 2011 Posted 9 November 2011 Is this film Councilor Colins life story? The bloke does look a bit like him, but more like our Harold, I reckon. I'm embarrassed to admit I know anything about it, but the premise of it really is astonishingly poor: a fella who's obsessed with the first film, and goes a bit funny. MUST DO BETTER

MUST DO BETTER It's not just the look, it's the sweaty personna and mannerisms that are so close, also there is a scene in the trailer with his pants down which is identical to Councilor 'trousers down' Colin!!! The film is just gonna be about the gore, the story line is irrelevant!!
Buzzell Posted 9 November 2011 Posted 9 November 2011 I managed to watch The Human Centipede 2 a few days ago. It's possibly the weirdest, sickest, twisted and vileist film I've ever seen. So basically it's a good film!

What scenes specifically made you switch it off?
Jay Posted 9 November 2011 Posted 9 November 2011 This made me chuckle earlier Human centipede takes only £942 at uk box office so whats that less than a £100 people bothered to go and see it
JadeFalcon Posted 9 November 2011 Posted 9 November 2011 i would like to have more of this on at the cinema, i.e something that pushes the boundaries of film rather than the reatreaded and retarded shit that has been coming out of hollywood in the past 20 years. highschool musical ?!?! **** RIGHT OFF just to name but a few. and dont get me started on the Hangover that was the worst comedy i have ever seen in my entire life, i smirked once throughout the whole film. the best looking parts of that film were the stills in the credits at the end and Jay those figures are kinda taken out of context as it was only released at 10 cinema's

Like Finnegan said above, literally anyone could come up with this crap. Groundbreaking horror requires much more than just someone thinking up the next goriest scene ever seen...
Bellend Sebastian Posted 9 November 2011 Posted 9 November 2011 "...a gormless, reeking stack of narcoleptic pointlessness". Sounds ace, doesn't it? For a film that has generated such a level of media attention, those takings are impressively shit even given the limited number of screenings. I really thought there were more weirdos into torture porn about, it just shows how wrong you can be

I won't even comment on Jades post, if it's more of baby death, barbed wire anal rape and shitting in people's mouths you want to see there isn't much anyone can do to help you. I purchased tickets to the Da Vinci exhibit in London today, some people spent the same amount to watch this. Humanity is a fcuking mess.
JadeFalcon Posted 10 November 2011 Posted 10 November 2011 human centipede is nothing compared to what comes out of japan on a regular basis
JadeFalcon Posted 10 November 2011 Posted 10 November 2011 gozilla doesnt come out of japan, he only has tiny arms and cant reach
Bellend Sebastian Posted 10 November 2011 Posted 10 November 2011 I wasn't there myself, I'm pleased to report, but at the Phoenix last night apparently about a dozen people paid to see it, so assuming that some of those were taking advantage of Orange Wednesdays that's another £70 or so added to the total takings. I suspect it may struggle to recoup its costs

Saxondale Posted 11 November 2011 Posted 11 November 2011 Is it normal to laugh at this No, you need help.
Guest Bilo Posted 12 November 2011 Posted 12 November 2011 I watched an uncut stream of The Human Centipede 2 online and it really got me thinking. Is there anything on the internet I won't wank over?
Yojoe36 Posted 12 November 2011 Posted 12 November 2011 Well I watched it. I wasn't really bothered by the gore at all. The only bit I cringed on was when he cut the knee open, and cut the ligament. Seeing the women give birth, then floor the pedal, while crushing the baby was..erm... somewhat funny, due to the ridiculousness of it. Meh, shit movie. Get it, "shit". Cause they shit
