This is a similar video, but it really is easy to fake, everyone on Youtube is going on about dodgy editting, but all he did was run around the corner while she was pressed flat against the wall, then when the camera rounds the corner it doesn't look round the corner it faces away from where someone would be giving the girl enough time to just cross past the camera and go round the other corner.

Possibly the girl hid round the corner, got on the floor, so then the guy on the camera and the girl effectively just ended up swapping places. The camera doesn't show all the way down to the floor when he walks over there

Also possible, the point I was trying to make badly was that not only is the camera raised it also doesn't point at the wall, where the "ghost" was, giving the "ghost" enough time to pass the camera man before he then points the camera at the wall.
