Ambitious Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 Are you serious I was laughed at when I mentioned this as well, he's not a winger and I don't think we need him at the moment even though he would be an extremely influential acquisition and great for the younger players to learn from. He is currently unhappy in Brazil and his agent has mentioned he is highly keen on a return to Europe. People being ignorant to this are failing to realise the fact that the man is past his best now and would be a realistic target IMO, I've been looking at his history and it really wound me up when I learnt that when he moved from Gremio to PSG in 2001 when he was 21 years old, he cost PSG the same amount of money that we paid for Ade Akinbiyi a year earlier. As for Jimmy Kebe I agree with other posters, I'd sooner go for someone younger.

Ambitious Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 I've heard it all. What was so funny Haydos? please explain further...
Bausor Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 stewart looked good yesterday, quick, skill full and always looking to take someone on.
robbieLOVESthealmightylcfc Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 im from bristol so know many bristol city fans, the impression i get of adomah is that although he is playing very well at the moment he is usually very poor when it comes to his end product. he is really quick and can beat players but his distribution can be very poor and aimless
J.Lisemore Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 Zaha or Cameron Stewart. Good enough to play in the Prem. Infact, both of them are. Stewart would probably be more possible than Zaha though, purely based on Pearson.
lcfcliam Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 I don't see what is so good about wilfried zaha? I think he is completely overrated?
Haydos Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 What was so funny Haydos? please explain further... ....That you think one of the best players to play the game, former Barcelona and Milan, only 31 years old, current Brazil international who's still capable of this... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=83galHwA62k ...is a realistic Leicester target? You know who Ronaldinho is right? And I presume you know who Leicester are? So many facepalms.
accessory Posted 5 December 2011 Posted 5 December 2011 Even if Pearson wanted him (which I doubt) Ronaldinho would NEVER come back to Europe to play lower-league football. End of.
FrankieADZ Posted 5 December 2011 Posted 5 December 2011 personally I dont rate the guy, rather have a younger fresher talent, in the mold of Cam Stewart of Hull
Simmo86 Posted 5 December 2011 Posted 5 December 2011 How has Ronaldinhos name even appeared in this thread?
Basingstoke Fox Posted 5 December 2011 Posted 5 December 2011 I hope to god we don't give Reading well over the odds for another player. We should only go for Kebe if we get a fair price.
Haydos Posted 5 December 2011 Posted 5 December 2011 How has Ronaldinhos name even appeared in this thread? 'Ambitious'
bluebeau Posted 5 December 2011 Posted 5 December 2011 'Ambitious' More like...........Overambitious!
NewburyFox Posted 5 December 2011 Posted 5 December 2011 Would love to sign Whittingham or Snograss. We'd need to shell out a fair few million for them though, which I can't see Nigel doing.
Kitchandro Posted 5 December 2011 Posted 5 December 2011 More like...........Overambitious! More like.....insane.
enex Posted 5 December 2011 Posted 5 December 2011 How about Sanchez Watt or Andros Townsend on loan in Jan?
bluearmyfox23 Posted 5 December 2011 Posted 5 December 2011 How about Sanchez Watt or Andros Townsend on loan in Jan? Sanchez has been poor for the reserves this year to what I have been told but deffo Townsend
Fez of Mahrez Posted 11 December 2011 Posted 11 December 2011 Have written something about Kebe here, interested in any thoughts: http://theseventytwo.com/football-league/championship/2011/12/11/the-25-best-players-in-the-championship-as-voted-for-by-you-part-11-of-25/
