The Royals revealed last month that talks over a new deal had broken down with the 27-year-old. That has put the Premier League pair and Championship hopefuls Leicester on alert. All three would be able to take Kebe on a free next summer when his deal at the Madejski Stadium expires.

Happy Fox Posted 4 December 2011 Author Posted 4 December 2011 I rate him but I worry about reports of inconsistency. Yeah he is quite inconsistent he has his moments but is he really the answer?, we should go for Snodgrass
Guest Col city fan Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 I rate him but I worry about reports of inconsistency. I agree to be honest. We've seen him at the King Power rip us to shreds but the last thing we want is yet another player in the squad who churns out inconsistent performances. If Nige could get him playing well however he could be the player we need to kick on. Tricky one...
Nick Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 Yeah he is quite inconsistent he has his moments but is he really the answer?, we should go for Snodgrass I'd be surprised to get him.
Happy Fox Posted 4 December 2011 Author Posted 4 December 2011 Dare I say it Cameron Stewart, seems to be the real deal plus another winger in Kebe.
RizLCFC Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 Albert Adomah? Pearson was after him before he left for Hull, Adomah then joined Bristol City, but I'd take him!
Guest Basildon Fox Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 Always plays a blinder against us but the Reading fans seem to think that those performances are few and far between. Is he better than what we have on the wing? Yes. Is he the type of player that can improve us enough? Only a few times a season. We already get that from Gallagher with his shooting from range so I would think we will be looking at other targets.
Happy Fox Posted 4 December 2011 Author Posted 4 December 2011 Pearson was after him before he left for Hull, Adomah then joined Bristol City, but I'd take him! So would I looks a very tidy player.
Danny the Fox 95 Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 Snodgrass destined for the Prem. He'll go to Norwich in January.
Lambert09 Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 Townsend on loan as soon as Tottenham are finished with europa would be my preferred choice, also agree with the Cameron Stewart comment, he is there best player every week, and made pelts look pants That wasnt some sort of Pantsil joke haha
Danny the Fox 95 Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 Yeah, Cameron Stewart would be very good.
SMX11 Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 Albert Adomah is realistic, can't see Hull selling us anyone so Stewart would be a long shot. Kebe blows hot and cold but at the end of the day what winger doesn't?
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 Would we get Kebe for a reasonable fee i wonder? I wouldnt pay over the odds for him
adamkhalifa Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 Jimmy Kabe- Blows hot and cold to much, very much like Dyer/Gallagher. Snodgrass - Would love to get this guy, but looks prem bound Wilfried Zaha - Quality player, always looks dangerous Stewart - Had a good game against Pelts. (We were down to 10 at the time)
Kitchandro Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 No, I'd prefer someone younger. Don't see the obsession with Zaha, he's very quick but not much tehnical ability and his decision making is poor.
Guest Col city fan Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 No, I'd prefer someone younger. Don't see the obsession with Zaha, he's very quick but not much tehnical ability and his decision making is poor. I tend to agree... Zaha looks like he's being bigged-up to be better than he actually is. Give him a couple more seasons then we'll know if he's really any good or not. I am optimistic that Pearson is looking for a winger, but wouldnt be surprised if its someone that few of us know very well. ie. someone from abroad.
Libertine Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 Doesn't seem like Pearson's type to me. Can't see him doing any grafting. Seems a bit of a sulker.
