Is it rue that they count the season ticket holders whether they turn up or not?

For safety reasons they need to know exactly how many attended in case of a major incident like a stand fire etc.,

For security reasons they like to know who is sitting where, in other word's who brought the ticket's, which is why they do not like peeps just moving seat's on a whim.

If they say the gate's 25,000 then it would have been 25,000.

The next game will have a high gate due to kid's for a quid, they are getting them hooked early.
