Dan Posted 30 December 2011 Posted 30 December 2011 23k. If it was normal pricing we'd do well to get 20k.
NewquayFox Posted 30 December 2011 Posted 30 December 2011 Not many Pompey fans, wet & cold morning forecast, City playing crap, could have been the lowest of the season around 17000. But with the deals on tickets it will be around 22000. But the revenue will still come out as a low gate. Oh, and i forgot its also on Sky....
leicesterseddon Posted 30 December 2011 Posted 30 December 2011 25k with about 1000 Pompey fans 600 max. Why would you set off at 8 in the morning on NYE when you can just kick back and watch it on the TV?
Callabinho Posted 30 December 2011 Posted 30 December 2011 600 max. Why would you set off at 8 in the morning on NYE when you can just kick back and watch it on the TV? I can imagine some of our lot thinking that also!
old koppite Posted 30 December 2011 Posted 30 December 2011 600 max. Why would you set off at 8 in the morning on NYE when you can just kick back and watch it on the TV? Eh, now calm down lad! I know both teams are crap at the mo but no need for any aggro!
old koppite Posted 30 December 2011 Posted 30 December 2011 Ummm, I reckon dads with kids as last holiday "treat" will bolster crowd to 23,120

Thracian Posted 30 December 2011 Posted 30 December 2011 Ummm, I reckon dads with kids as last holiday "treat" will bolster crowd to 23,120 Haha - I'd have taken two kids if they'd not suffered enough watching us against Ipswich. Despite having a season ticket I might well watch on television. There's a good atmoosphere at the Travellers' pub I use and at least I won't have people spoiling the view by getting up to go to the concorse every few minutes or standing up to gawp at a small army of medics dealing with some woman who wasn't feeling too good. I so nearly went home at half-time Monday and at least I can drown my sorrows with some decent beer if I watch at the pub and that's especially important seeing as there's no chance of us improving our team til January and I've seen quite enough of what's being dished up by the current lot as an excuse for football.
beryllind Posted 30 December 2011 Posted 30 December 2011 If I come away after a s--t awful match, with boring football, a lousy ref and Paul sitting behind slagging him off , ill kick the Tele in when I get home just to make me feel better. !!
Oh tommy wright Posted 30 December 2011 Posted 30 December 2011 You miserable lot. Can we ban the guess the attendance crap. If your going great, if your not, your a part time supporter it's as simple as that.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 30 December 2011 Posted 30 December 2011 The Mrs bought me and my brother in law 2 tickets for this game today and they told her the kop is almost sold out aswell? 24'000 maybe?
Guest MattP Posted 30 December 2011 Posted 30 December 2011 I'm not even bothering with this, that early on NYE while it's on tv? No thanks. 19.800
ithuriel Posted 30 December 2011 Posted 30 December 2011 Local Hero is open at 10am, a drink beforehand to stiffen the resolve and bask in the orangey glow the pub now has :xmaslaugh:
Finchy Posted 30 December 2011 Posted 30 December 2011 You miserable lot. Can we ban the guess the attendance crap. If your going great, if your not, your a part time supporter it's as simple as that. Shut up you absolute disabled.
Oh tommy wright Posted 31 December 2011 Posted 31 December 2011 Shut up you absolute disabled. Obviously not going
Guest BlueBrett Posted 31 December 2011 Posted 31 December 2011 26301 10 pound ticket deal plus the family offer plus NYE/end of school holidays. Mothers and those fathers who don't go regularly but are buying tickets as gifts probably wont even factor recent form or KO time into their calculations. Don't mind the early KO myself. Gives me plenty of time to get hammered, get back home and get in bed at a reasonable hour for back to work the next day
Guest MattP Posted 31 December 2011 Posted 31 December 2011 Obviously not going Neither am I despite having a ticket. Sorry but warm pub with friends at 12pm is a far more attractive scenario than a freezing cold ground. It's not like this rabble currently representing us are deserving of it anyway. Part time supporter > Mug who turns up whatever is going on.
ithuriel Posted 31 December 2011 Posted 31 December 2011 I'm going because i want to silly as it sound's, not out of some silly duty etc., Afterwards i might go see sherlock holmes at the odeon, depend's on my mood
Kitchandro Posted 31 December 2011 Posted 31 December 2011 Neither am I despite having a ticket. Sorry but warm pub with friends at 12pm is a far more attractive scenario than a freezing cold ground. It's not like this rabble currently representing us are deserving of it anyway. Part time supporter > Mug who turns up whatever is going on. Maybe to you but not to real supporters. Things could be a lot worse for LCFC than they are at the moment, just because things aren't going to plan doesn't give you the right to be condescending to those who truly love Leicester. As you so often are. I don't particularly blame people who don't want to turn up at the moment but those who continue to go week in week out should be applauded. Those who just can't be arsed even though they've already got a ticket should probably just take the flak since they don't care anyway. You can always just ignore people and watch your non-league football or your boxing or whatever it was you were going to do on a Saturday instead. After all it's only Leicester, right?
