This is another example of how Twitter, being a new and different medium of communication, is so difficult to categorise in terms of legislation If the defunct-brained individuals responsible sent these things through the post, they'd be in a lot of trouble indeed.

According to Urban Dictionary it is: Originates from Naval sailors of Portsmouth in England getting lonely while at sea. These sick individuals would get a skate fish, slit it in half and nail it to a board. This would then be used to provide sexual pleasure. Hence people from Portsmouth are known as Skates.

I've sent him a link to the highlights and said that about 25 seconds in (where Nugent scores) it's pure class. Some of these people really are cretins of the highest order.
