Jace Posted 9 February 2012 Posted 9 February 2012 Has been a dull week, hasn't it? When the most interesting threads for the week end up being a Q&A with Ian Stringer and what did everyone have for breakfast you know the days of Sven as manager are long gone!
HEGGSY Posted 9 February 2012 Posted 9 February 2012 Its just started coming down heavily in Thurmaston.
Corky Posted 9 February 2012 Posted 9 February 2012 Surely with the money the owners have spent on the team, a little more cash could persuade the snow to stay away?
Bert Posted 9 February 2012 Posted 9 February 2012 Feel sorry for me, got Chesterfield away and paid out £27 for train tickets, just hoping thats not called off Don't think anyone cares.... In other news, as long as the surrounding areas are fine, the game will be on.
Bagworthblue Posted 9 February 2012 Posted 9 February 2012 A light sprinkling starting to develop in Bagworth.
stourbridgefox Posted 9 February 2012 Posted 9 February 2012 Totally clear of snow in the Black Country. (or rather the parts of it I can see out my windows)
CupidStunt Posted 9 February 2012 Posted 9 February 2012 A light sprinkling starting to develop in Bagworth. I remember finsihing work in Bardon last year near Bagworth, at the roundabout near the Charnwoods arms, stuck there for about an hour on that bloody roundabout and blown the slave cylinder on the car. Do they not grit around there?
Guest glasgowfox Posted 10 February 2012 Posted 10 February 2012 Morning guys, sorry to be a pain but just deciding whether (no pun intended) to make the journey south. Can anyone give me an update on the latest weather/road conditions....many thanks
Storming Posted 10 February 2012 Posted 10 February 2012 Only a dusting in the night and nothing else forecast no need to worry about this week-ends match being called off imo Hope you all get the right result and well done for traveling to watch the Foxes enjoy
polarbear Posted 10 February 2012 Posted 10 February 2012 When the most interesting threads for the week end up being a Q&A with Ian Stringer and what did everyone have for breakfast you know the days of Sven as manager are long gone! no way jiminy jim bob!
The Year Of The Fox Posted 11 February 2012 Posted 11 February 2012 I remember finsihing work in Bardon last year near Bagworth, at the roundabout near the Charnwoods arms, stuck there for about an hour on that bloody roundabout and blown the slave cylinder on the car. Do they not grit around there? Yeh they do. The worst thing about Bardon is the pissy railway crossing. 440pm most nights they have the slowest, longest train on the busiest road in Coalville
Blueasafox Posted 11 February 2012 Posted 11 February 2012 Morning all Its Matchday morning :scarf: any weather info in Leicester and around the KP is much apreciated
Guest Col city fan Posted 11 February 2012 Posted 11 February 2012 Anyone any news if the game is still on? Some champ games are off ( those with no undersoil heating I presume?) Minus 6 outside!
The Year Of The Fox Posted 11 February 2012 Posted 11 February 2012 Minus 7. I can't see this bring on you know. For anyone who's not local-it snowed last week badly and it hasn't cleared up along some pavements where pedestrians haven't been. Not sure what its like down filbert way. Time to turn on SSN
thybluefox Posted 11 February 2012 Posted 11 February 2012 Anyone any news if the game is still on? Some champ games are off ( those with no undersoil heating I presume?) Minus 6 outside! Not heard anything? It's cold out, but it is sunny, should help thaw the ground around the stadium for the H&S nazis.
Storming Posted 11 February 2012 Posted 11 February 2012 Cold but dry -8 in loughborough at 8-30am Cant see this match not being played
The Year Of The Fox Posted 11 February 2012 Posted 11 February 2012 Only posh v west ham and palace donny off at the mo. Poshs was called off due to the amount of snow on the pitch cover as opposed to dangerous path and roads outside the ground
