Reynard Bleu Posted 21 March 2012 Posted 21 March 2012 I can see us drawing this one, leaving us dangling again.
Lobsterboyuk Posted 21 March 2012 Posted 21 March 2012 E.I.E.I.E.I.O Dyer's gonna rip them to shreds, score one and share the spoils with Nuge and Becks 3-0 Leicester
MC Prussian Posted 21 March 2012 Posted 21 March 2012 If we don't win this, my massive 10-hour coach roundtrip up to Blackpool will be definitely ruined.
lcfcbaby Posted 21 March 2012 Posted 21 March 2012 Blackpool have never beaten us under Holloway, I think we have a good chance of winning! 2-0 Leicester like we managed at the king power earlier on in the season!
Underdog Posted 21 March 2012 Posted 21 March 2012 Backlash after Sunday. We'll be well up for this. 3-1 Leicester Nuge double and Beckford. Cardiff will beat Cov so 6 points off playoffs tonight.

davieG Posted 21 March 2012 Posted 21 March 2012 OS City boss Nigel Pearson admits his team will need to improve defensively against attack-minded Blackpool on Wednesday night, as they bid to close the gap on their play-off rivals. Despite a brave display at Chelsea in the FA Cup on Sunday, the Foxes conceded five times at Stamford Bridge and have not kept a clean sheet since beating Coventry City at King Power Stadium at the start of the month. Wednesday night's game at Bloomfield Road has become a genuine six pointer for both the Foxes and the Seasiders, after results on Tuesday blew the race for the top six wide open. And Pearson, whose side face another play-off rival in Hull City at the weekend, says it is vital that his players keep the back door shut when they come up against Ian Holloway's Tangerines. He said: "As always, you have to play as well as you can, but at Blackpool we will have to defend better as a team. "You attack as a team and defend as a team, especially when you come against sides as unpredictable as Blackpool - they can be exceptionally good. "We've got to make sure we deal with that, but we have to make sure our all-round game is a lot tighter. "Both sides have got a lot to play for, but my focus is on us having a response. It's important we get a good team performance, which is always the key to success." While 6,000 travelling supporters will have left Stamford Bridge proud of their team on Sunday, the players themselves may have been disappointed that they didn't keep things tight for long enough to give themselves a better chance of progressing to the FA Cup's last four. But Pearson says any disappointment from the weekend must now be forgotten about as his team prepare for games that will be crucial to their hopes of gate-crashing the play-offs. "We've got to get back to the league programme, where there are still a number of games left and we have games against sides that are around us which may allow us to make an impact," he said. "We've got a lot of big games coming up and we need to get back to business as soon as possible. "Any disappointments we have from Sunday have to be put behind us because we need to get back to business in the league." City return to action at King Power Stadium this Saturday when they host play-off rivals Hull City in a game that could prove crucial to their hopes of reaching the top six. Buying your tickets for the Hull City game is easy: Online: Buy your tickets 24-hours-a-day at www.lcfcdirect.com In person from the City Fanstore: The City Fanstore at King Power Stadium is open from 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday and 10am-2pm on Sundays. whoareyaaa Posted 21 March 2012 Posted 21 March 2012 Great results for us last night bar Brighton... but you know what happens when we get a chance to take advantage of our postion. we lose. Hopefully the lads can put in a cracking effort tonight and grind out a 1-0 win CMON.. playoffs are then back on! DO IT FOR THE CITY!
daddylonglegs Posted 21 March 2012 Posted 21 March 2012 What about this playing this- Play three centre backs, no wing backs. So Play a 3-4-3 formation Having- Morgan, St Ledger and Mills at the back. In the middle- Wellens and Danns on the wings- Dyer and Marshall upfront- Beckford, Nugent and Schlupp. what about this?. What about bamba? And dyer shouldnt keep starting? He's an impact player...
OriginalRobboFOX Posted 21 March 2012 Posted 21 March 2012 What about bamba? And dyer shouldnt keep starting? He's an impact player... Take Dyer out and who do you play on the wing?? Lets not go back to Danns/Oakley/Drinkwater on the wing days hey....
