Sol thewall Bamba Posted 4 May 2012 Posted 4 May 2012 My word, had to turn off the TV, I couldn't stand it anymore. I mean, a drum's good for the occasional rousing of the crowd, but when you have one going for the entire game, it ruins it for the vast majority of people watching, and then when they all start clapping, another one joins in! When it stops you think they might give it a rest for just a few minutes, but then, DUN DUN DUN DUN. I'd prefer to sit in the West Stand than listen to this din! Rant over.
Corky Posted 4 May 2012 Posted 4 May 2012 I was more interested in the empty seats. Not a big enough game?
Legend_in_blue Posted 4 May 2012 Posted 4 May 2012 The game was dire. As was everything else along with it. There's a severe lack of quality in this league this season.
Cropwellfox Posted 4 May 2012 Posted 4 May 2012 How shit were Birmingham tonight? Utter garbage. Blackpool to go up again thanks to two loan players. They are 5/2 for promotion with sky bet tonight. Lump on.
Simmo86 Posted 4 May 2012 Posted 4 May 2012 curtis davies og. couldn't happen to a better person. People really still hating on Curtis Davies for joining a Prem team instead of us??
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 4 May 2012 Author Posted 4 May 2012 I don't think they opened up that corner where that new stand is its still being finished off. But yeah the game was dire as I said switched off after 70 mins. The annoying thing is I'm sure over two legs we'd beat both of them...
Raw Dykes Posted 4 May 2012 Posted 4 May 2012 People really still hating on Curtis Davies for joining a Prem team instead of us?? "Oh, no you di' n't." Does anyone know how bad Brum's finances are? Are they fvcked enough to be forced to sell players over the summer? Does anyone reckon they'll be a lot weaker next season if they stay in the division?

I went to a couple of Brazil world cup matches. Their fans seemed more interested in drumming and dancing in the aisles than they were in the game. Right pain in the arse to be honest
Fox92 Posted 5 May 2012 Posted 5 May 2012 Game wasn't that good to be fair. Can't see Birmingham loosing at St. Andrews, although Blackpool set up well.
Dan Posted 5 May 2012 Posted 5 May 2012 Thought Blackpool's drummer was alright when I went but when it's constant I can see why people get pissed off.
bluesbrothers Posted 6 May 2012 Posted 6 May 2012 My memories of Blackpool away. DUM DUM DUM DUM DUM DUM DUM DUM DUM DU-DUM DU-DUM DU-DUM DU-DUM-DUM-DUHDUHDUM-DUM DUHDUH... Rinse and repeat for 90 minutes, with virtually no singing accompanying it. Good beat for Jobber to nick for something though.
Danny the Fox 95 Posted 7 May 2012 Posted 7 May 2012 Question, was we naive to get rid of holloway? No
