I can think of Izzet, Kamark, Frank Sinclair, Zagarakis, Keller quickly off the top of my head...
Manwell Pablo Posted 15 May 2012 Posted 15 May 2012 Can anyone name them all...? I can think of Izzet, Kamark, Frank Sinclair, Zagarakis, Keller quickly off the top of my head... Depends on how you class foriegn Izzet born and bred londoner. Mancini + Gunslinger off the top of my head, Corica perhaps, Ullathorn.

Bayfox Posted 15 May 2012 Posted 15 May 2012 Let's See Kasey Keller Muzzy Izzet Roberto Mancini Arnar Gunnlausson Franc Rolling (think he played i a game!!) Peggy Arphexhad (must have played at some point or did he only appear in cup games?) Pontus Kamark Theo Zagaorakis Jacob Laursen Lilian Nallis After that i'm struggling to be honest, although i bet i've missed a few obvious ones or some really odd call ups that didn't register.

Freund, and as I said Oldfield defo did I remember seeing him score a pen against Wednesday. I dunno how many is left after that how many we got??? I'll look up the other ones I've guessed as I'm not sure if they played until the season after.
breadandcheese Posted 15 May 2012 Posted 15 May 2012 Nikos Dabizas to add another to the list. I'm guessing the bulk of the remainder come from the Micky Adams squad that played a season in the premiership. I'm trying to remember the others.
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 15 May 2012 Posted 15 May 2012 Ullathorne's a Yorkshireman, and Corica joined McGhee in the summer of 96. So far, some of which have already been said, I've got: Kaamark, Arphexad, Zagorakis, Izzet*, Oldfield, Dabizas, Nalis, Sinclair*, Mancini, Lawrence* *Foreign by FIFA nationality status

Although look up your missing Stefan Freund and Arnie. Does Akinbiyi count (Nigerian)?
Haydos Posted 15 May 2012 Posted 15 May 2012 Arnar Gunnlaugsson? Trevor Benjamin? Was Benjamin Jamican? 'English born' Jamaican....If that counts?
Manwell Pablo Posted 15 May 2012 Posted 15 May 2012 I think we must have them all between us now. Although what a sh1t collection of foreign players
Fox92 Posted 15 May 2012 Posted 15 May 2012 No suprise seeing Chelsea and Manchester City top the list I don't agree with all these foreign players, but some of them since 1992 have been sensational footballers; especially Dennis Bergkamp. Best Premier League player ever for me, and obviously foreign.
Corky Posted 15 May 2012 Posted 15 May 2012 Derby used to have a host of seriously crap foreign players around the late-90's/early 00's.
Saxondale Posted 15 May 2012 Posted 15 May 2012 Derby used to have a host of seriously crap foreign players around the late-90's/early 00's. Paolo Wanchope, with his wondergoal against Man Utd. Legendary stuff.
Corky Posted 15 May 2012 Posted 15 May 2012 I was thinkng more of Mart Poom, Jacob Laursen, Igor Stimac, Branko Strupar.
marko Posted 15 May 2012 Posted 15 May 2012 If anyone's interested here's a list of players by country. I spent ages with a friend trying to guess them all earlier, it's pretty hard. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_foreign_Premier_League_players
accessory Posted 15 May 2012 Posted 15 May 2012 I was thinkng more of Mart Poom, Jacob Laursen, Igor Stimac, Branko Strupar. Laursen also played a few games for us... (as was stated above) The 16 are: Jamie Lawrence (Jamaica) 1994-95 Kasey Keller (USA) 1996-97 Muzzy Izzet (Turkey) 1996-97 Pontus Kaamark (Sweden) 1996-97 Franck Rolling (France) 1996-97 Pegguy Arpheaxad (France) 1997-98 Theo Zagorakis (Greece) 1997-98 Frank Sinclair (Jamaica) 1998-99 Arnar Gunnlaugsson (Iceland) 1998-99 Ade Akinbiyi (Nigeria) 2000-01 Trevor Benjamin (Jamaica) 2000-01 Roberto Mancini (Italy) 2000-01 Jacob Laursen (Denmark) 2001-02 Lilian Nalis (France) 2003-04 Nikos Dabizas (Greece) 2003-04 Steffen Freund (Germany) 2003-04
Manwell Pablo Posted 16 May 2012 Posted 16 May 2012 I was thinkng more of Mart Poom, Jacob Laursen, Igor Stimac, Branko Strupar. Derby had loads in their run in the Prem. Fabrizo, Gabbiadini, Eranio, Carbonari, Dorigo, Beck, Powell, Burton, Kinkladze and more.
