What happened in 9/11, regardless of how upset we as a nation are, was far far more catastrophic than what happened on 7/7. Even what happened in Madrid caused more deaths. To imply that this attack symbolises the start of the end of the world is simply ludacris.

I'm obviously upset about this disaster, but people dont realise that at 9/11, 54 times as many people died. Can you imagine what the people of New York felt? I cant. Another thing is, if you compare the 49/50 people who died in the London bombings to the 50,000 people who die each day in Africa, you start to put everything in perspective. This just outlines the tragedy that happens EVERYDAY in Africa. Obviously, im not saying that the London Bombings arent important, because they are. I'm just giving a reality check to the people who dont see the other problems in the world. The fact is that everyone will have to live their life fearing terroists, just as people in Africa will have to live their life in fear of disease and poverty. Neither thing should be happening

People will become scared to go anywhere and will just stay at home most of the time. IMO, that isnt the thing to do and people shouldnt make these terrorists change their lives. But i know its hard to do that especially for those who have lost friends and relatives in the blasts.
