It is not saying it is their fault if they get spiked, but just saying be aware of the risks. Same difference. The one aimed at men is a little different, the issue is what is consent, if a woman is getting off with you whilst drunk, and you take her back to yours and have sex with her and she doesn't remember it does that mean she consented or not? I think this is what men need to be aware of, a drunk girl saying yes is not necessarily consent, and I think that is what the posters are trying to say,when it says you could be prosecuted.

I was convinced that a woman( drunk or otherwise) bears no responsibility for any sexual assault before this thread The difference that seems to be hard to accept by some of the feminist mafia , is that "all of us" have a certain responsibility( if we value our safety) to act in a way that reduces the likelihood of being the victim of any crime .

I apologise for the emotive nature of the above response and possible exploitative nature of it but sadly the Troll has succeeded and we are all the poorer for it.
