Poznan34 Posted 20 August 2012 Posted 20 August 2012 Colin said he'd been great in pre season and was inspiring with his attitude and cajouling . I hope we won't regret losing the lad ! I think I'm missing something? Is Colin Neil Warnock? If so, why ?
stix Posted 20 August 2012 Posted 20 August 2012 I think Leeds will be relegated or at least finish bottom half, they have a worse team than last year and a manager intent on causing controversy. I would go as far as wagering £20 with you that neither of those things will happen. You in?
HEGGSY Posted 20 August 2012 Posted 20 August 2012 I think I'm missing something? Is Colin Neil Warnock? If so, why ? Colin willy puller is an anagram of Neil Warnock.
Father Ted Posted 20 August 2012 Posted 20 August 2012 Our biggest weak link last season and I genuinely believe we could have reached the play offs last season if he and Bamba weren't playing. Captain 'He has had a great pre season and has been inspiring' he's been there for about 2 weeks. What a clown Warnock is, another mid table finish for Leeds with a mid table captain.
MPH Posted 21 August 2012 Posted 21 August 2012 This really does begger belief. Now either we have dropped a clanger and Colin has served up a master stroke. or Warnock has just ruined his reputation. It doesnt really help the fact i would just love to kick a football at his face. I just squirm watching him on the telly. This could be effecting my opinion of him.
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 21 August 2012 Posted 21 August 2012 Except he is not a lad and will never make a prem player and was only a average Championship player. We already have a far superior right back as witnessed on on Saturday who really is a lad. Peltier played well his first game too
Richard Posted 21 August 2012 Posted 21 August 2012 Distinctly average for us, really cannot see where the thinking is behind this. It's not as if he's even experienced
Fox92 Posted 21 August 2012 Posted 21 August 2012 Maybe he is better as a centre half? Stearman always played right back for us, he went to Wolves and McCarthy played him centre half as Wolves got promoted. Leeds didn't concede on Saturday, against one of the better attacking sides in the division, if you look at their players. Can't see Leeds finishing mid table. They might have 'average' players, including Peltier, but you don't need a team of superstars to win promotion. Hardworking and organised team's get promoted, and Warnock will create a team like this at Leeds. Tough game tonight for them at Blackpool though.
Poznan34 Posted 21 August 2012 Posted 21 August 2012 Colin willy puller is an anagram of Neil Warnock. Haha! Ok.
RowlattsFox Posted 22 August 2012 Posted 22 August 2012 He played left back last night. Didn't see any evidence of captain material. He defended but seemed to be under orders not to go too far forward.
