Saying that, for me it will be 1 or 3 as they have experience within the community and have worked in Leicester. Those two seem to have experience with people from all walks of life, the other just a section. I cannot see him visiting a troubled community in New Parks or Highfields to listen or discuss concerns in those areas.

The Police already have democratic control in the guise of of a committee of local councillors. The problem is nobody knows who they are so they are not accountable. Having a directly elected individual in control will mean that the police will have to respond to the concerns of the local population and not the political elite. Whether or not people vote in these elections doesn't prove whether it's a good idea or not.

Referencing the ignore function and telling everyone how you have los of people on ignore does not, has never and will never make you look cool. So no then.
