I'm currently a Psychology student and need help with people doing my questionnaire as part of my dissertation. I need anyone with a job whether its part/full time or voluntary and the questionnaire will only take 5-10 minutes. All results are completely confidential. James. Posted 11 January 2013 Posted 11 January 2013 I've done it although was quite frustrated at being asked the same question just phrased slightly differently about 5 million times. And the Agree/Disagree options weren't always appropriate for the question. Seperately did you learn the opening sentence in your post as part of your degree?

Had the same problem, seeing as I am my organisation I really do care about my own well being, but I never really listen to myself, and people look at me funny when I complain to myself.

Some questions seemed very strange, though, seeing as I'm self-employed and work on my own to commissions from clients... e.g. Is my feedback valued by my organisation (me)? Questions re. managers, colleagues etc.... If in doubt, I put the neutral option as you had no "Not applicable" category. The assumption seemed to be that everyone works on a PAYE basis for a large organisation.... not seeking to whinge, just thought it might help you if you compile another survey (difficult I know; I've done it).

Sam500 Posted 12 January 2013 Author Posted 12 January 2013 OrkneyFox- you won by a country mile FIF- I chose Psychology because I find the possible explanations for human behaviour to be really interesting. And I hope to either go into the occupational side of Psychology within a business or carry on within education to complete a masters in occupational Psychology. Thanks for your help.
